We stayed at Appartamenti Sole in Alghero for 5 nights in September and loved it. We had a wonderful balcony overlooking the Lido and spent many hours sitting there watching the world go by. The owner, Maria Laura, was incredibly helpful and patient. She made restaurant recommendations, and answered all of our questions. Old Town Alghero was a short, pleasant walk away with many restaurants and shops. There were also good restaurants just a few doors down the street if you didn’t want to walk into Old Town.  Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

We spent 10 days with our little Sofia and everything was perfect.
Sea views, nice apartment, extremely well located and having everything you need to spend a relaxing holidays.
On top of that, Antonio, makes you feel at home. Always taking care of every detail.
Definitely the place to be in Alghero!!

The best place in Alghero

Stayed here in July 2018.
We rented the topfloor 2-room apartment which is on the 3rd floor (with elevator).
The apartment is very nice with a separate twinbed bedroom with bathroom (shower), a large kitchen/main room and a topfloor with a kingsize bed and a separate bathroom.

A large balcony spans the with och the apartment (12m) and gives an unrestricted seaview.
Large windows makes it possible to vent the apartment, so we didn't need to use the AC.
Our hostess was very kind and made us feel really welcome.
The house is very well located at the beach and a short distance from the Old Town (10min walk)
Supermarkets are close too (5min)
Parking on the backyard makes it very useful for those who rent a car.

All in all: Top Notch!

Topfloor 2-room apartment

“Appartamenti Sole” are in the best location in Alghero.
Right in front of the beach and a lovely ~20 min walk into town. Best of both worlds.

Managed by a friendly and welcoming family the place is clean and quiet.

You can eat out with lots to choose nearby or in town. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and 5 min walk to supermarkets, bakery… so you can eat in and enjoyed the wonderful sea views.

In town there is lots see and do; people, port, boats, old town and many restaurants and bars to choose from. And some of the best Ice creams too.

You can hire bicycles and there is a dedicated cycling paths throughout the town and surroundings for miles.
If you hire a car there is lots of private, secure parking at the rear of the property. Short drives will get you to amazing beaches and a 1 hour drive to Stintino – La Pelosa stunning beach, a must swim in a lifetime...

Highly recommended.

Great location, Clean and Convenient

The apartment was excellent. Fully equipped kitchen. We ate in several nights and enjoyed the wonderful sea views from the balcony. Directly opposite the Lido San Giovanni. The beach was clean and quiet, the temperature was still warm enough for a very enjoyable swim in the sea.
Alghero was an agreeable 15/20 minute walk from the apartment. Lots to see and many restaurants and bars to choose from.
Private, secure parking was a bonus at the rear of the property.
The apartment is ideally located for visiting local attractions such as the Neptune Grotto and the nearby town of Stintino.
Highly recommended.

Short Stay in Alghero

I have been to these apartments ever since I was a little girl and insist on going every year with my family for our family holiday. 

I visited on the 17th July for 10 days with my family, the location is great, near to all the restaurants, the beach is opposite the apartment and there's fast working Wi-Fi what more could you need?!

The apartment has great self catering facilities and is extremely clean, I would recommend this for a cheap family holiday, its great as you can go out and explore other restaurants rather than being stuck to a buffet !
