We stayed at August for 1 night, the lady at the desk was super friendly and helpful.
In addition to the rooms at the hotel they also rent rooms at a gelateria 50 meters from the hotel, the rooms there were nicer, a bit more modern and a bit more quite, so ask for one of these rooms if you can, we had a great time there.
The location is also great and close to restaurants and shops.

Clean, comfortable and great value

Three of us stayed here in mid-December. Because it was so early in the season, the hotel itself was closed and we were given a room 20m down the street below the patisserie owned by the same people. The room was a little small for three, but really warm, clean and cosy. The location was very convenient (see the photo of the  ski lifts taken from our back balcony) and we just walked upstairs for breakfast in the patisserie. The continental breakfast included lovely warm fresh croissants and a fair range of jam, breads, coffee and hot chocolate: plenty of calories to burn off on the ski fields :-). If there was one negative point, it would be a bit of noise from the ice-skating rink during the evening, but it was minor. Overall, it's a great place to stay. The staff speak little English and we speak little Italian, but we communicated with good humour and everyone was friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the hotel, but I can recommend a stay at the patisserie.
