Change of room from room to room with shared bathroom

We booked the flight on a portal, the reservation was accepted and the payment was made. We tried every way to call, but no one answered the number provided, however when we arrived at the place, there was no room available! The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, they only refunded half and after a few days, the owners struggled to reconstruct the issue (from the portal message they receive all the data to go back to the transaction).

Yes, a dream, a true one, on the top of the mountain, a small  medieval village .The house itself is located on the very  top ,and from any room(there are two) a  splendid view is unfolded in front of you.
The host is a Danish woman of  great personality.She also   is an excellent cook, experienced in both cuisine, Danish  and Italian . She can speak Danish, English, Italian.
Two rooms are very simple and styled in typical rural interior, simple but lovely and very clean. 
The bathroom is shared but it never complicated my bath routine.
Have to mention, that there are many cats around, as the host in a cat lover.
So, if you don't like cats  or have allergy, the place is not for you. But for those ,who accept cats  , have to stress, that  cats live their own life , just come for a meal twice a day and then disappear. 
It is very quiet, I would say extremely quiet at night, and so  sleeping there for me, who lives in a big industrial city, was absolutely  fantastic.
The air on the top of the mountain is so light and fresh,the food  and water of very high quality;  the heat in July was bearable as the terrace is covered by sun tents.The terrace is a big one , and it was nice to have meal there or just sit and relax.
Not far from the place there is a mountain river, where you can find  pleasure of cool water when temperature rises up  in summer.
Every Saturday in summer there is a community gathering in the park ,Parco Mattia,that is located at the foot of the mountain. They serve pizza, and drinks, and, in the end of the evening, all move to the dance floor and enjoy the atmosphere of dancing and folk music.
It is better to rent a car  or to come by your own for you could freely go around to see nearby towns , such as Amelia and some others.If you come without car, there is a direct train from the Fumicino airport, (it takes just 2 hours) . Also, as Porchiano  is just half an hour  from Rome  by  train,you can always pay a  day visit to the capital , come back and  one more time enjoy  the tranquility of the rural life.
I was so delighted with my visit there, that , for  sure, am coming again!

Your dream village in Umbria

It's the house of a local lady who rents the extra rooms. No comfort! You can't call it a B&B, breakfast couldn't be made safely since the kitchen was lively and full of clothes, pots and pans. Everything you find in any home kitchen. Even in the bathroom we found all the personal belongings of the lady. It's not recommended at all.

Absolutely to Avoid

B&B very very homey. The cordiality of the homeowner can't cover the huge gaps in this place. The tranquility (perhaps too much) serves as a master in a place surrounded by cat hair and things that don't work (room lights, drainage of the water, bathroom sink). Hardly reachable by car and barely reachable on foot (courtesy of a road all up and completely dark at night). Absolutely unproposed cost for the service and the room they receive in exchange. The only positive note is the homeowner but this does not make the B&B recommended for more than one night.
