This year our family decided to visit the Adria after many years. 
We agreed to visit the Marken, our first time there.
Ancona is biggest city in the region, easy to reach and good starting point for trips in the country side.
I was searching on different travel web pages and found many time the Residence Degli Aranci. 
First big advantage it is easy to reach via bus from the train station.
The personal who greeted us were very friendly and helpful; during the whole week.
The whole apartment were on a very high standard. New furniture very modern kitchen and a relay good working air condition. 
The apartment is in the old city center and Ancona is lively city specially during the night. You will hear the noise of the street till 2 o'clock in the morning. The better choice is visit also a bar. In August you will have 30° at midnight.

If we will visit Ancona again we would take the same accommodation.

First time to get familiar with  Ancona

This was perfect for us in every way. We stayed for 5 nights and prefer self-catering and the facilities were first rate and the reception and care were first class, perfect English spoken and great attention has been paid to detail. I had a minor medical hitch, lost medicine, and Gianni stepped in immediately and went much more than the extra mile to help and resolve the problem.

The apartment was fully equipped, alongside the two electric rings, a microwave and an electric oven, we kept finding things, "oh, here's a kettle, and a toaster, and a juicer". And of course plates, bowls and cutlery. The apartment was marvellous with in effect two rooms and a nice bathroom.

It's very well located for the town and sights and there's a bus stop to the station just a few minutes away should you need it which we did as we weren't driving, sorry I can't answer for parking. It's also very secure and we felt perfectly safe at all times. If you want self-catering, or even if you don't, I thoroughly recommend the Residence Degli Aranci.

Excellent

Average accomodation, furnishings a bit dated, generally large, though the bathroom was not too much more or less clean, but room service was not in five days, with q sheets were not changed or no towels. Heating pleasant, if a little noisy. The appearance did not match the pictures on the official website. Usually there is no one at the desk. Beware, there is a tax for non-residents, is about 1 euro for person and day.

good situation, high prizes

This is a wonderful place in central Ancona. A dozen or so rooms in one location, a dozen or so in their satellite facility a few blocks away. we were there for 2 weeks; some stay for months. Gianni, the manager speaks perfect English and is funny and cordial. The staff keeps the common areas spotless. It is in a safe neighborhood and building security is excellent. No staff on duty after hours. Next time I'm in Ancona (2012?), I'm staying here. Room cleaning service and linen change weekly. Self service laundry in basement.
