We stayed in the property with 2 kids (2 and 8 years old) for 4 nights and what can I say, we were just like at home. the Junior Suite Garden I recommend, it's spacious and with a very nice view... dinner worthy of a top-notch restaurant and wellness center???...perfect! and then the kindness of everyone, from the owners to the staff, everyone very available always... compliments!

A classic example of thirty-something hospitality, discreet but attentive, excellent cuisine, top-quality spa, well-structured, excellent location and well-served. Perfect for a stay in both summer and winter.

Jewelry

We stayed at this hotel for a week in a group of 13, four families with children of various ages. There are more contemporary rooms and more dated rooms but both are spacious and well maintained. Excellent cleanliness. The wellness center has a swimming pool that extends outwards. Then sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, corner of the tea room. Massages and treatments can be booked. The accommodations can be rented at the hotel. There is a very soft animation that offers daily walks (we have made a wonderful cup) and an hour of activity in the evening from 9pm to 10pm for the children (dances, games, tumblr). Breakfast and variety (the waffle group and panties). The kitchen is also divine, there is no lunch after a day, but we will definitely have to change the menu for the first three minutes of the day.

Exceptional

The staff is always available to satisfy every need, always with so much kindness and with a smile on their lips. Breakfast is filled with sweets of all kinds, from croissant to pudding, from freshly made pancakes to wafers, from honey taken directly from beans to cottage juice, there are also scrambled eggs, cheese and baked ham available. Great dinner with quality food, a buffet of vegetables and legumes always available for the duration of the meal, the service is very fast and the maximum availability to meet the tastes of children. The bar's cafe is wonderful! The hotel's outdoor area is very nice and you can quickly enjoy a unique view of the inside of the hotel. L's full-fledged spaces to entertain the children, but it is also possible to relax in the centre of the village.

The real holiday!

It's a beautiful hotel with a spa and an electric fireplace in the room that with the view of the snow-capped mountains makes the place even more magical. But it's not what makes the 5-star place and not even the food that's really good, but the kindness and warmth of the staff who are always ready to help you with a perennial smile on your lips.

A holiday with a smile

We stayed here on the suggestion of friends and what to say. Fantastic. Very spacious room with double bed and sofa bed for children. Breakfast very varied with various types of cakes, pancakes, waffles etc. Dinner with various dishes to choose from and all very good. Tina welcomed us as a family giving us various information, sending us the paganella card and suggesting charming places to visit. The cherry on the cake is definitely the swimming pool/spa where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent mountain view! We can't wait to come back!

One word: special.

A week in the family. First the negative things: - we chose the new garden suites, the bathroom in the room was dirty compared to the rest of the room, - reception often discovered, - hotel in some points renovated but in many others tastes old-fashioned, - breakfast practically without salt: just sliced cheese and baked ham, - parking not for all cars: it solves leaving the keys in the reception, - animation not quite engaging and a bit sad, - at check out extra charges several unsolicited, - in the room there is no hotel regulation, so to know the times, services and info should be asked. the positive: - the new gardens are very beautiful, - the swimming pool / outdoor was very nice, - the dining suite is available with the requests of the staff, - and very good quality of the menus of the pool was very good.

For a three-star superior, I expected more.

We stayed in this facility from 21 to 25 August and we were very well. Always clean structure, characterized by an excellent kitchen, with the possibility of choice and with the utmost attention to the needs of menu variation if necessary for the youngest. Well kept, clean, spacious swimming pool, with wellness center always at the top (in these times always keeping the sauna on the Turkish bathroom has a negligible cost).

That's very good!

I stayed at this hotel for a week, we felt at home, Mrs. Rita is the added value of this hotel, beautiful swimming pool, great food, it's really good.

I liked it.

We stayed at this hotel for the second year in a row; friendly and professional staff, good cleaning and recently renovated rooms with a view of the crazy Dolomites. The pool and spa are very well maintained. The food is not to say sublime and abundant; I take the opportunity to make the greatest compliments to the Chef.
