The room is lovely and our views from 2 windows were of courtyard and buildings.  Felt like we lived there!  It's on a side street and maybe a little far from train to walk with luggage but really worth it.  Have stairs to the top floor but have to do that to get the view! The room looks like you are in a Tuscan villa and the bathroom was large and shower was the largest one we had on our trip.  Small kitchen area is handy.  Cook top took a little practice to use but works fine.  Small refrigerator was stocked with yogurt and juices.  Coffee and tea available in room with a basket of small snacks.  And you can always walk down the street to Stephano's for breakfast anyway!  Would definately stay here again!  Arezzo is a great central location in Tuscany and convenient to see many other smaller towns, even Siena, and it's a great value.

Tuscan Decor and Great Views

I'm a study abroad student and I live in Arezzo, but during my boyfriend's spring break, he and I stayed at Camera Con Vista for four nights. The antique-y furniture, wall art, and tiled shower in our room made it so homey and authentic. Everything was comfortable and clean. The appliances functioned. The hot water lasted forever! The landlady was very kind. She always answered our phone calls right away.

Camera con Vista is maybe a three-minute walk from Corso Italia, the main street of historic Arezzo. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the train station in 15 minutes.

I would recommend this location to any couple looking for relaxing, authentic accommodations.

Romantic room in Arezzo

Our family recently stayed at Camera con Vista and we had a great time.  The B&B is situated in the old town and is very close to everything.  The rooms are large and as other reviewers have stated, very atmospheric.  My only criticism is that I booked this particular place because it was advertised as having full kitchen facilities and I was travelling with children, so I needed a kitchen.  The "kitchen" was very basic, one very slow ho tplate, a tiny fridge that wasn't cold and a microwave.  It was also across the hall from our apartment which was a bit tricky.  While it is supposed to be a B&B it was a tray with instant coffee, dry biscuits and UHT milk.  You really had to go out and get your own.

Loading and unloading the car was also difficult because Via Oberdan is closed to traffic.

We did however make it all work and we had a great stay, I just want to point out a few of the issues with this apartment, which may have swayed my decision to stay there if I had known about them.

Atmospheric in the centre of Arezzo

very tuscan. very beautiful. this accommodating bed and breakfast was the perfect 'home base' for my month of exploration all over Italy. And when all was said and done, out of 21 visited cities; Arezzo and Camera Con Vista held my fondest memories. Molto piacere..questo B&B era bellisima. Grazie di cuore--Dana

camera con vista is amazing

This is a great B&B in Arezzo, where Stefania and Rafaelle make you feel very welcome. The rooms are on the fourth floor so you need to be able to manage several flights of stairs but once there, you are greeted with wonderful atmospheric rooms, painted furniture and original cotta floors. Our room had a kitchenette, excellent beds and a modern bathroom, though the water can be slow getting heated up. Don't get over excited about the breakfast on offer, which is mainly packets of biscuits and breads in the rooms, but it's easy to buy bread and milk and make something in your kitchenette. Via Oberdan is right in the centre of Arezzo near all the sights and plenty of good restaurants.
