A week ago I spent a few days with my family in this farmhouse. We liked it very much. The apartment Maistra is perfectly suitable for disabled with a spacious bathroom, a very large bedroom and a large kitchen. Also the swimming pool is perfectly suitable for disabled with a flat descent to enter. The married rooms were well furnished and clean. Breakfast offers a rich choice and nothing is lacking (marmalade of jelly mustard is very good). Maura, the owner, is very courteous and helpful when she needs something. The garden is also wonderful. Finally she can say that the farmhouse Forzello is an ideal place for disabled people and for people who want to rest.

Ideal for the disabled and for resting

We stayed three nights in this charming place, an oasis of peace and serenity and an ideal base for visiting the vast area of the Po Delta.

Oasis of Relax

We stayed for a week in one of the apartments, highlighting: careful cleaning, hygiene and attention to compliance with the Covid rules; large spaces for both the premises available and for the green areas reserved for us, (very much appreciated the wooden portico for dinner at sunset in the silence of the Venetian countryside); availability of the owners; breakfast based on sweets prepared by Maura gentleman, the cakes are recommended.

Cycling

We stayed 3 nights in this farmhouse immersed in the nature of the delta...great breakfast, fantastic pool and clean room and pretty big....besides the owners are very kind and available!!!!P.S. a kiss to Zeus😉😜🤗....Marco and Elisabetta

It's perfect.

We have been very well in this property. It is very quiet and welcoming. The owner is very kind and available, close to the places of the Po de Porto Tolle delta. It is an ideal base for cultural excursions and for the beaches.

Quiet and tidy, ideal base for the Po Delta

We spent two nights at the forge, and we highly recommend it, the organization, the kindness of the owners, and the structure that is not lacking.

Flawless accommodation

We stayed one night after our wedding with other friends. Huge rooms, huge bathrooms. Clean. In our room there was a small fridge. Breakfast: fruit juices, cakes, slices of biscuits with marmalade. The highlight is the pool: Mrs. Maura allowed us to spend the day, we had fun and regenerated!

The password is RELAX!

We had a great stay in a huge appartement. The pool is fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. Maura, our host, gave us a lot of interesting information about the region. 
The region is very beautiful and not so touristic.


Great family vacation

Me and my family went to Forzello this summer. The house and swimming pool itself was amazing (but shared with other guests!) but we realised it was not exactly a place for us - for young people. Good thing is there are nice cities quite near (Ferrara, Venice 80km) - but it was anyway too hot to travel around, but the sea at this part of Italy is really bad. Dirty, not nice. Another big minus were the mosquitos that were very aggressive. Impossible to sit in the evening outside, do barbecue and drink wine. We used repellent but it didn´t work. We had the opportunity to borrow bikes to ride, so we went to the next village. It was nice but nothing special to see there. Maybe the trip at Po river could have been nice, we didn´t go there in the end though.

Beautiful house but a boring place

We stayed in Forzello for 13 days, 11 people, from 60 to 1 year of age. We found the place very suitable for family vacation. Of course the kids liked the swimmingpool very much. When we were not out on ecscursions, the children spent the most of their time in the pool. It had different depths and the children found their parts of the pool to play in, of course all the time under surveillance of the adults in the family.
We had five rooms in the big farmhouse. The owners told us that this house had been used by the farm-workers in earlier times, up to the 1960`s. Then followed some years when it was not in much use, before they upgraded it and made it into a place for tourists about 2000. The rooms are big, and they all have a separate bathroom. Free wifi and air-condition makes the rooms very functionable. The only minus we experienced was a noicy couplebed in one of the rooms. You there could not move without the bed gave some disturbing sounds. That should be easy to fix. San Basilio,  were the Forzello is situated, is a very calm place, only with a mediocre interesting, archeological museum, open from friday to sunday, an old church and a pizzeria. It is some distance to the shore in the Adriatic Sea. We found our place in Rosolina Mare, some 40 km away. You are dependent upon a car if you live her, and want to excperience the surroundings. Luckily for us the owners had some old bikes that we could use without further costs. With them we had som nice rides to the neighbour cities, Ariano nel Polesine. Riva and Piano. Forzello lies in a wonderful, flat landscape. To understand more of the history and to learn about the toil to cultivate the land, a visit to the museum in Ca`Vendramin is compulsory. 
Maura and her husband gave us a wonderful stay. We hope to come back.
