The hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable & the showers are strong and powerful. The breakfast downstairs is adequate although the coffee isn't freshly brewed which it should be in Italy. It's from one of those awful powdered coffee machines. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. You must eat in the restaurant à la carte downstairs as that is truly outstanding.
