Disappointed

My daughter, a 1-year-old girl, was sick right after eating, dysentery, vomiting and high fever. The same fate for other children. Every day new victims were added between children and the elderly. Many of us anticipated returning home because of the continuing and widespread malaise. We saw everything: cleaning a common area, with a water dryer, from the vomiting of a child, ended up in the pool. (Now, the pool is always dirty, never clean and always off); dated cameras, small, rich and full of dirt, a few pieces of garbage, the police cleaned from the bathroom; and the rest of the village, with a water dryer, but not a lot of dirty toiletries, but a lot of dirty laundry and toiletries, which were not so dirty for more than 250 years.

Poor structure

We spent a week in this village... a little uncomfortable structure for people with disabilities or families with children because there are no elevators to climb the upper floors.... As for the beach it is not very close you have to walk at least five minutes, friendly staff and available especially the waiters, good cleaning...., good food abundant both meat and fish discreet animation tried to do their best..... the structure also has two swimming pools (with the obligation of the helmet) where in the afternoon various activities were carried out. Victory

Unfortunately with great regret we interrupted our vacation for family reasons. Although our vacation lasted only 4 days we found ourselves very well the kids had a lot of fun thanks to the wonderful animators Francesco, Dario and Daniela were very good (sorry we didn't greet them as we had to leave suddenly) a big hug from us ❤️❤️❤️. Very brave and very kind also Jonathan and Ivan ❤️❤️❤️ Titlers super to satisfy any of our available request. We hope to return soon... A big hug to all from Tani, Marzia,Matteo and Christian 😘😘😘

What a lovely vacation.

We stayed in this village for a week and I have to say there is a lot to improve. The village is quite small and as a result there is a lack of children's play areas such as slides, altalens, volleyball fields or football fields that are normally present in a village. The animation boys are all very nice and friendly but I think that not having adequate space and materials available to organize entertainment evenings do not prove their abilities. The sea is quite close to the structure, we are not always clean and you are provided in the price, including umbrellas and mattresses.
