It's a one-night stand...but still a positive experience...cozy rooms, with all the essentials for overnight stays and breakfast (kitchen equipped with everything) impeccable cleanliness...beautiful place...especially quiet...super super nice and available owners...the only flaw I could see was the soundproofing of the rooms.

I highly recommend it.

I stayed for only one night as a support base for a work transfer. The structure has many advantages, you can see that it is very tastefully renovated, the rooms are functional and clean, bathroom with very nice shower, high ceilings and balconies in view. Comfortable bed. Small corner cooking with table, two chairs, mini fridge. You are provided with a kit for breakfast, products of course packaged but cmq quality. Price paid absolutely competitive, special location because it is 15 minutes from San Benedetto del Tronto (and the sea) and then 15 minutes from the centre of Ascoli, next to a shopping centre (we walk).

Only one problem in a really good structure.

We only stayed for 2 days and I must say we found ourselves very well, a wonderful and relaxing place, a beautiful swimming pool and super clean rooms; the possibility of making breakfast in the room because there is nothing missing...that I can say a full eight!!!

It's beautiful.

We stayed in the residence from Friday 21 July to Sunday 23 August 2020. Despite the emergency period and the rules that had to be adopted, the owners of the residence did their best to make us live a dream weekend. The format of the breakfast in the room is special, but we, personally, appreciated it. The rooms are equipped with all the comforts and very clean. The swimming pool and relaxation area are very beautiful and pleasant. We will be very happy to return!

A dream weekend.

The residence consists of 5 rooms with kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning and internet connection. It is commendable the daily cleaning of the room with the relative change of the bathroom linen (rarely found in a residence), every morning also, with the cleaning of the room is provided the occasional for breakfast the next day: milk, sliced biscuits, brioches, water and marmalades and in my specific case given the request we were given daily the occasional for breakfast without lactose.

Relax and Clean

A fully refurbished residence, a room with every comfort and brand new corner of cooking. Very available the owner Catia, who has allowed us to enjoy the whole morning in peace, without hurrying to check out, also taking advantage of the pool. To those who go by train I recommend the pedestrian shortcut that allows you to reach the residence in about 10min (exit from the station you need to turn left and continue straight down the main road until you reach the street monte happy where there is a school and a church, there begins the shortcut made of a few sports and a straight road that leads to the residence).

I'm very kind to you, and I'm not married.

The only problem I had was with the noise (maybe it was a coincidence), the dogs in the villa attached to the structure, two German shepherds in the house, who from time to time glittered at you don't know what ((it's not the direction's fault) and my roommate who snorted all night, something about the soundproofing of the rooms could be done though.

That's very nice, but...

I, my wife and my 5-and-a-half-month-old daughter stayed here on the occasion of the Ascoli Carnival. The residence is located 15 minutes (max 20) from the center of Ascoli, in a quieter but often well surrounded by services (shopping center, highway). The structure is very beautiful and new, but the main thing of a unique cleaning. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and I repeat very clean.

What a great discovery.

A quiet place, decentralised compared to Ascoli Piceno but close to a large shopping centre, clean the room, comfortable the bed, friendly staff but poor breakfast: even milk is long-lasting...

Calm and relaxed

My family and I stayed in this residence for only one night, the place is wonderful, the cleanliness and warmth of the residence, the friendly and available owners, and we hope to return soon.
