The b&b is in an excellent position and the view, both from the windows and from the terrace, is spectacular. Unfortunately, however, we could not enjoy breakfast on the terrace because the owner reported the presence of pigeons and even kept the blinds closed causing us to suffer a bit of heat...we seemed exaggerated!

A little overrated.

Beautiful building in the centre of Ascoli. Stylish and very neat gardens, cleanliness and a great breakfast on the terrace...where you feel like touching the Baptistery with your fingers!!

We stayed one night at the B&B: excellent location and room, good atmosphere and rich and tasty breakfast, the friendliness and warmth of the owner made the stay unforgettable!

A Night at the Baptistery

Very nice location impeccable modern room very warm welcome from our host Jean Dominique who has provided us with a lot of information about his city and even booked for dinner Charming breakfast on the terrace

Charming and super well placed.

The reception in this residence was warm and well organized: easy contact with the host family, nearby parking. We appreciated the courageous interior renovation project characterized by a modern and minimalist design also for the contrast with the old building in which it is located in b&b. We would have preferred the shower with a glass wall instead of a tent as we had asked but for a short stay was not a problem. On Monday the premises on the premises are closed so despite the closure of the rooms there was no disruption. Simple breakfast (as we like) but disturbed on the square. Terrace with magnificent view of the Baptistery.

Sleeping in the center of Ascoli city jewel

Staying in front of the Baptistery in Arringo Square is a spectacle. Very good breakfast (making it on the terrace is sublime) and excellent service. Warrior and the lady are very friendly and available people. The rooms are particular. The bathroom and shower are in sight. Very original. It is a perfect place for both a cultural holiday and a business trip. Highly recommended.

What a great view!

Very friendly property, nice and available. Unique position. Breakfast to watch Quality of sleep low, in addition to the voices in the square below you could also hear the discharge of the neighbor. Rooms there is no TV, Bah! the bathroom was made by building a wall along the bottom of the room, sliding in some parts, of satin glass so in the light inside you can see everything and if you go wrong you can also feel. Better a hotel.

Very nice, special design, excellent cleanliness and courtesy. Simple breakfast, could be improved. Very central position so very comfortable (except for the stairs as it is located on the second/third floor of a building)

Good location.

Located centrally in the beautiful Ascoli Piceno, in Piazza Arringo, right in front of the Baptistery of San Giovanni, in an old well-kept palace, this B&B has several luci and some ombra. Starting from the unstoppable, contagious, irresistible charge of sympathy of the owner Guerriero (this is the name) and from the sweetness and equally sympathy of his mother, in charge of preparing good breakfasts, often served on a super terrace, based on local cakes and crostates in good experience.

Light and shadow

The B & B is located in the center of Ascoli Piceno: right in the square Arrigo in front of the Baptistery. Perfect for visiting Ascoli. The family who runs it is very friendly and available. The B & B has been imprinted on a modern design, the shower and bath environment have been made in the room and are very long and narrow creating some difficulties in moving.

The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 21 of this Regulation.
