We stayed for two nights in this beautiful farmhouse a few meters from the center of Avetrana, immersed in a beautiful garden, large car park area inside, comfortable and quiet rooms. Great breakfast with homemade products and very fresh. Note of merit from the hospitable and very kind owners. Great quality price ratio.

Very well maintained structure, a quiet and strategic location to visit the beaches of the area, away from the chaos of the most renowned places.

Strategic location and beautiful structure

I stayed in this property for 3 nights in the middle of August. The location is out from Avetrana, in a not too modern style and not too old. The bathroom is also spacious, we found it very clean. In addition there are a good amount of towels equipped with better courtesy sets. The shelves we found clean and cool. The bed linen to bring back to the room is the most expensive (without the arrival of the products) on the bed, although it is possible to see the door in the same way, and perhaps after a very nice price, in fact, every step we found it clean. In fact, we have a good amount of towels in the outer courtyard and a set of courtesy.

Good, but with a few flaws.

We stayed in August. What can I say, it's just perfect. Nice, new and clean location. Comfortable and quite large rooms. Small dehor for each room with a table and chairs. Close to the beaches only 10 minutes by car. Fantastic and abundant breakfast and the owners and staff are very kind. Interior parking and affordable price. What can I say, a high-end facility for those who want to have the sea nearby without being in the limelight of tourists.

Like at home.

What to say. Everything. Enchanting place. Everything handled with extreme grace and class but at the same time simple. Essential. That's what leaves you in your mouth this place. Nothing superfluous. Owners are to say nothing of an unusual delicacy. People who are dedicated to work and lovers of their land. Proud. Read it to them in the eyes. When they tell about their business, their olives, their food, their sea, they have a penetrating look. They make you live for a few days what they are lucky to taste every day. And, in terms of flavors, they have a great oil. How about not taking some of it with us. Thank you again for everything and we will surely see you again. A strong hug to all of you!

It's classy!

We spent a night on a short vacation in the area, doing a short booking research we got to know this really fantastic location, a direction that, with education, sunshine and kindness, opens the door of the farmhouse presenting a dimension of beauty, tranquility and hospitality, to make its guests feel at home.

It's all pretty, to say the least.

I stayed in this Masseria to start a surprise visit to a good friend who is living in a neighboring city. 

Rooms are very clean and are air conditioned and it is nice to sit on the veranda of every single room and enjoy the warm weather. The patio is gorgeous and you can see that someone really invested some thoughts into it. 

As I lost my luggage; i realized there might be some minor improvements made like small bottles of free shower gel and all this stuff you get in regular hotels. 

The staff is super friendly and very caring, had to come back to book for another night some days after my original stay and when doing this, they gave me a free breakfast and some coffee which they didnt have to. Super cool. When in Avetrana, go to this place. Loved it.

Lovely little Masseria

This farmhouse is very nice and well maintained. We were here in June for a week of absolute calm. It's a beautiful place to return. Fair prices for the location offered.

That's a great place.

We discovered this facility by chance online to stay 3 nights at the end of our vacation in the box. We were very surprised to find ourselves in front of a beautiful and well-maintained facility. Perhaps underutilized for its possibilities. The owners are very kind and very available, giving us advice and providing their utmost availability in making our visit to the ham farm (a few kilometers away from the facility) optimized in every aspect, one among all the parking lots! If you're thinking of going to visit the ham farm, this facility is a great option to consider, as long as you have the car.

Good structure

This hotel is perfect if you're coming to this area for a wedding. Ideal rooms with outdoor space, the best thing about the hotel is the friendly and conscientious staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and easy. 

Tip: sort all taxis don't leave it to last minute
