Lovely property, friendly, helpful and kind staff, clean and cosy rooms, great breakfast, nice quiet location but still not too far from lift and centre of resort. Absolutely cannot fault this place. Will be back and thank you to the owners and Christina!

Perfect

This was a great little find!!  We booked directly with the owners at the last minute and were delighted to find this place!  We hired a car for an easy drive from Turin. Found the property easily and was pleased with a very clean decent size room with comfy chair and very modern bathroom, which had plentiful very hot water immediately for showers. The property stands at the beginning of Champoluc with stunning mountain views from our balcony, and walking and open community space with woodlands just outside! We had 2 balconies both of which caught the sun and we would collapse there after skiing all day on deck chairs until the sun set, simply fab! For breakfast we were looked after so well by Christina who arrived every day and put out the most amazing spread, of cereals, eggs, local cheeses, meats, cakes, biscuits, tarts, toast freshly made tea or coffee. We were then asked if there was anything else she could get us!!  Honestly there was plenty but it goes to show how happy they were to cater for anything we wanted! Christina also recommended local food and restaurants to try which were all proven to be perfect choices and included 10% discount for staying at the Villa! She was also responsible for cleaning the rooms with fresh towels if needed and always perfectly done! The owners were on hand daily with a smile and friendly chat and again would help with any questions we had about the area, and made us very welcome. Its a 10 min gentle/pretty walk along river to village centre which we loved to do in the evenings to eat at the many restaurants. The ski bus stops close by 80 metres or so from Villa but to be honest we jumped in the car as we had it there. The Villa has an arrangement to leave skis and boots overnight in the hire shop near the bottom of the Crest gondola, even though we did not hire anything from them. They even fastened your boots up for you as they put them on the heated pegs overnight, what service! The ski area is v good and kept us confident intermediates happy for a week with access to Stafal, Gressoney and Frachey. We liked staying in Champoluc as you could easily cover the ski areas but have the  choice of restaurants and bars at hand. 

What service.

A Little gem

Had a great week skiing and staying at Villa Americana on the last week of the season. The snow was great in the morning but not so good in the afternoon. Villa Americana was clean, quiet, roomy and the hosts couldn't be more helpful. They helped us with transfer and ski hire before we arrived and that was amazing as the transfer people gave us a free lift every morning to the ski hire shop at the bottom of the Bubble. Telemark ski hire was great and the staff in there amazing. Food to die for and we didn't have one bad meal. We will go back.

Great stay at Villa Americana

This is a very nice small hotel on the outskirts of Champoluc. Our room was average size with a king size and a regular bed. Bathroom was roomy. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent.

Owners and staff are very pleasant and helpful.

It is a definite advantage to have a car if you stay here as it is a good 15 minutes walk to restaurants and longer to the ski lift.

Very good

This place feels warm new and has the nicest hosts in Champoluc (I've been in few places ). Super clean, great service, decent breakfast and nice coffee. Fast wifi. Few minutes walk from the ski center and from the restaurants. Definitely  recommend.
