It's a very, very noisy hotel, both housewives who move furniture around loudly and tourists who make noise late at night. The apartments are not equipped at all, housewives never come by. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

No one.

We were originally supposed to spend 10 days in this slope, but we checked out again on the first day! Miserable, dirty, stored up, fallen, furniture like block trash, intolerable chlorine tank, unattended plant, mold and rust, on furniture, kitchen, heaters and the sanitary facilities in the bathroom are not usable! For the money invested, you can stay much better in the nearby area, for example Cala Ratjada! Even a toilet is too much! We would give you discount points! This hotel is more than a refurbishment desk!

It's super clever, not books!

We asked for a microwave one day to book our reservation via Booking.com. We asked for a microwave one day so we could have breakfast and we were told that they would do it in 10 minutes, but they did it the next day, because the apartments do not have: microwave, oven, air conditioning, or just a simple fan, because in the apartments it makes a lot of work and hot water 🔥!!!! Only you can be in the condo. We call attention to the fact that apartments do not only have a small bathroom recipe with a bathroom and a bathroom solution, but also to the fact that I am on the first day of the exam, I can buy a bathroom in the next room if you want to buy a bathroom in the afternoon.

The whole apartment was dirty, the bedding was dirty, the bathroom had black mold in the vents, the kitchens were disastrous and unsuitable when you want to cook something small, everything was sticky and dirty, no fan. The staff lied that we would get a fan the next day. The second day we were upset. On the third day we were told that there would be no fan on the whole island. On the third night we drove to the treehouse and bought a cheap purchase. We felt like we were really getting a fan. The pictures were probably taken there, which unfortunately we didn't have enough money to invest three minutes into the beach.

I got down.

We were in the Canyamel Garden apartments for 10 days and were disappointed. The rooms are poorly furnished, the faucets spit on you at regular intervals and the cleaning service is grotesque. The cleaners burst into the apartment without knocking and put in only towels and bedding next to the beds. There was nothing new washed or cleaned. After a complaint at the reception they came again the next day to empty the trash can. The pool and the area around the pool are unattended. There is no equipment in the rooms. Four plates, four glasses, four cups, two pots and a pan.

The apartments were maybe a tiny bit tired but that didn’t matter to us, I would definitely stay here again. 
Apartment had everything we needed. Beautiful view from balcony over the pool and stunning woodland opposite. Reception Staff all on site, all very friendly and helpful. 
5 mins walk to shops and beach. 

Great apartments/great resort 

Nice apartments and well located,50 euros in a taxi one way.
Not much there as only 5 decent restaurants on a night time and very quiet around the small local shops.
Weather was good for 2 days then floods and thunderstorms for 2 days

Nice apartments 

My boyfriend and I have been there for 10 days. I have to say that the structure is old and poorly maintained. The apartments are quite spacious but the cleaning is poor. (They spend every 4 days cleaning and changing towels). I do not recommend it for two reasons: you can spend little even in better facilities and the location (Canyamel) is really depressing. There is no promenade, the beach is nice but the sea is not nice (in Majorca there is moooolto better 10 minutes drive from there) the restaurants/local closes at 11 o'clock. If you decide to stay here anyway, do not choose the cheap formula half pension or full pension I can't afford to eat there!

The bathroom/service was filled with humidity, with MUCH HORMIGAS, the SUCIA bathroom as well as the curtain on this one. Sofas with sleeves, kitchen NOT Equipped to be an apartment (we didn't have any appliances, NOTHING). In addition, the apartment had a PUTREFECT smell, as if someone were vomiting in a corner and would have cleaned themselves.

Anti-hygienic and unequipped apartments.

Currently on holiday here at Canyamel Garden Apartments with my children 11, 15 and 16 half board.. Arrived 2am Friday morning and thankfully having checked previous reviews was able to advise transfer driver to take us to hotel Mayurca rather than apartments for check in .. we were met by a friendly chap who checked us in and helped us with our cases to apartment ( room 102 ) First impression was large, airy and fairly clean. We slept well, however the apartment faced the road so was quite noisy from early morning especially as we needed to sleep with window open as no air con. So up and out first morning and down for breakfast at the hotel. There is plenty of choice and make sure you go to the outside cooking area for bacon and egg and in eve for meat and fish (we missed this first morning as round a corner from main buffet) food average for meals but never enough cutlery and tables never cleared fast enough as staff seem a little busy and disorganised. Seating is outside which is nice but there is also an inside area that appears to not be used and is just full of tat and looks untidy. Hotel reception staff friendly and helpful. The resort is mainly German and Dutch we have not met another English family all week!! The apartment building is a little tatty and could do with a bit of tlc as feel it is neglected. There are lots of empty areas that could be used to the the owners and guests advantage. What was the reception and check in is just full of rubbish looks awful this seems a shame as would be great to have a little bar or cafe here. Same under the apartments lots of empty areas full of cleaning equipment and rubbish. The apartment is fine though again a bit of tlc wouldn't go a miss but nothing major to complain about. As before only clean once a week but that's ok and enough towels. The resort is ideal .. Beach lovely, nice walk along the river and over the bridge, good information centre over the bridge and bus stop is also here and a little shopping area with cash point and pharmacy. In the eve there are just enough bars and we have gone to any hotel with live entertainment with no one complaining. We have visited the caves of Arta (20 min walk), Cala Radjata on a bus where there is a nice harbour and it is a busier than Canyamel and we did a boat trip from on here on Sea Odyssey. All in all enjoying our week Aqua land tomorrow then home Thursday .. Check out is 12pm but hotel will store cases and provide a room to freshen up in if you have an evening flight .. Not sure we would return but only because we feel we have seen everything the area has to offer .. All in all great holiday at a good price!!
