Functional but uncomfortable
Great location next to the nursery slope and Smith 4 chairlift. Spacious rooms (VERY) warm and plenty of hot water. Kitchen area a bit hit-and-miss with regard to matching sizes/sets but enough pans and plates to make basic meals. No toaster, but a hob-top kettle provided. LOTS of storage space, so

Worn down, basic clean apartments with nice balcony.
We stayed at Residence Campo Smith over New Year and first week of January. This was a bad idea here as it’s the nearest ski resort to Torino so attracts all Italians. The resort was full.

Worn down
A worn down gigantic resort surrounded by beautiful mountains for skiing and hiking. My room had a terrible fold out bed and a shower that was broken . no one seems to care about the quality of the rooms and believes this is acceptable.

Not a good experience.
A very run down apartment in much need of updating. It was spacious enough but cupboards and crockery were broken and it wasn't even clean.
The room was ready on arrival which was a pleasant surprise but be prepared for very basic living and cooking facilities.
