This ''hotel'' was a really bad idea. Just cold water, everything was dirty. Bathroom was mildew. And the owners approach? If we dont like something, we should take the money back and get out. It was our worst experience with hotel!

Disgustful

There is no WiFi and no breakfast, but this is stated in the conditions.
Anyway we did not find any towels or rubbish bin. The statement "modern furnished flat with AC and beautiful view" is completely lie.
The worst thing about the flat are the blocked toilettes which makes smell like in the ZOO. The water is comming out into the shower, which is disgusting so we did not take any shower.
Do not expact any polite communication. Absolutely THE WORST accommodation during our holiday in southern Italy.
I definitely do NOT reccommend this B&B. It is overprised. You can find much better service for this money in the same neighborhood.

The only positive thing about this accommodation is the location - close to the centre and the train station.

Niccolo Bad and No Breakfast

Our experience was horrible! We booked 2 rooms and we couldn't  use the bathrooms in any of the two for two days! The waste from the toilet was coming out of the shower drain.The staff blamed us for the toilet issue and said that we had to pay 100 euro to fix it. It was very basic, the TV and AC didn't work and we didn't have enough sheets on the bed.

DO NOT GO THERE!

1) Everything was dirty!
2) The walls were full of moisture!
3) The bathtub was clogged and full of soil!
4) The sheets and pillowcases had evident stigma!
5) The bathroom smells awful!
6) Half knobs were missing and the other half came out very easily!
7) The shutter didn't open up over!
8) Τhe price is unreal for this apartment!
9) Τhe price does not meet (at all!)  to benefits!

Auful and dirty apartment!

Don't book a room in this so called b&b. 
It is dirty, the doorhandles don't work, the reception is 2 blocks away. If you want towels and toilet paper you have to pay extra. The flat screen TV is an old tube TV which doesn't even work. 
The sheets and pillowcases were stained, the bathroom is really small and the shower cabin was very dirty. 
Although it is called a "Bed & breakfast" there is no breakfast... The staff is quite rude and very disorganised. 
The location could be a plus but there are many more b&b's in Bari worth staying in.

I advice you all not to book a room here, it will only ruin your stay in Bari! 


Don't stay here! Never ever!

I stayed in this appartment couple of years ago, in May, 2013. It locates very close to railway stattion ( 10 -15 minutes), at the center of this small city. Shopping area, cafe,theatre are very close. To wal to St. Nicolas cafedral would take apprximatelly 20-30 mintes.
When i came to this place the door was close so i had to call to the landlord. My cell phone battery was low, so lucky i was cause couple of aged american joined me at this moment so we call together. Witihn couple of minutes chinese couple was at the door as well. Owner came witing 10 minutes.
So be ready you will need to call to landlord by cell phone cause he doesnt live at this place^)
The appartment is very large and has several rooms. Each room is big enough and has own bathroom and so far. Cleaning was provided by everyday.
Not to much noice.
