We opted to stay in the middle of all the action chez David’s flat . It was simply fabulous!! David greeted us and quickly handed the keys to our one week accommodation. It’s super equipped and well decorated. Top of the line appliances and state of the art ac and heating ! The place felt like home and I definitely recommend this accommodation. The host was a skip away when we needed him . Thanks for everything David . We will definitely come back !!!

Simply the best accommodation and great host !!!

Stayed three nights, friendly and helpful welcome. Spacious bathroom and apartment despite being a studio. Great to have cooking facilities (cooktop and microwave) and a kettle for tea. Wifi didn’t work all the time and had a weak signal, my only time in three weeks in Italy. Noisy stairwell due to other guests but the streets were fairly quiet at night.

Great location

The hotel was centrally located, but located down a quiet lane, which was lovely. 

The beds were extremely comfortable and all amenities were amazing. 

We stayed for 3 nights and david the host was extremely helpful and even let us stay in the room on the last day until we needed to go and catch the Ferry. 

I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Amazing hotel

Flavio is the best.  help carry our luggage up the stairs and took great care of us. Beautiful room with a view of Lake Como. Great kitchen and shower and all around great time.  Spent 3 days in this beautiful town. Great restaurant recommendations.

What a great place to stay! Excellent location, right in the heart of Bellagio. Flavio met us in the church square and helped us with carrying luggage up to the apartment. 
 The apartment was very spacious and well appointed with terrific air conditioning during the heatwave. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will return! 
 A couple of minor suggestions- the pillows were not the best, quite flat and hard. Also, an iron in the room would be great. These are just minor things though, I would definitely recommend this place!

Exceptional 

What a wonderful experience. Flavio met us right by the ferry and got us checked in, helping with the luggage and giving advice on local places to eat shop and attractions.  The apartment was absolutely spotless and must have been recently renovated because everything was new.   I would highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment located just a few minute walk 2 from the ferry right in the middle of the old town

We were very happy with our choice of the apartment. Flávio and Silvia greeted us at the ferry terminal and took us to the apartment pointing out the restaurants they loved and the ones which are best avoided. We followed their suggestions and were not disappointed. They were very welcoming, helpful and extremely enthusiastic, which we loved. The apartment is in a perfect location. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having relaxed breakfasts at the apartment and purchased our groceries from the shop recommended by Flávio and Silvia. Our departure was not until the afternoon and our apartment had to be vacated and cleaned for the next visitors, however we could store the luggage in another room, which allowed us to roam the streets of beautiful Bellagio luggage-free for a few hours, which we really appreciated. We’d love to visit Bellagio and stay at the apartment in the future.

Great apartment 

When your host meets you at the ferry terminal you know you've picked the right place to stay! Flavio and Silvia are the perfect hosts, with great advice on where to eat in town, and their apartments are the perfect base for visiting Lake Como.
With the room even including cooking facilities, if you're budget minded you can visit the local supermarkets in the main village and eat in!

Booked the place while we were on the way. Flavio contacted us to arrange for meet up. Flavio and Silvia picked us up near the pier. Few minutes of stairs walk and you’ll be amazed by the apartment. It’s clean and full of utilities such as towels, plates, glasses etc. Loved the place. Highly recommended!
