The front desk is not open around the clock. After 11:00 PM there is an automatic Reception outside the Hotel where you can easily make your check in. You will be asked of the following information:

- identity card or passport: You have to scan them. At the end of the check in, the automatic reception will print a receipt with the room number and the code to access the main entrance of the hotel and your room.
