They just take money, but they don't stay at the hotel, they say the reception is not working, you can't call the police, they don't speak English, the gangsta lodge ((((

A nightclub in a dangerous area.

They're scammers! We arrived in Bergamo with a flight delay of three hours. That's why we were refused accommodation at the hotel! We were with a small child and spent the night on the street. They refuse to return the money! They saw on the cameras that we were holding a small child and they didn't even think it was necessary to contact us on the phone. Under no circumstances should you book with these scammers!

The fraudsters!!!

We had a really bad experience. As soon as we arrived I took a photo of the bed frame as it was hanging off the hinges. 2 days later and I was sat on the bed and it completely collapsed, I was badly bruised as I hit the bed frame as it fell. We tried to contact the lady who met us and there was no response. We spoke to reception who also tried to help us contact her and still no response. We slept on the floor for another 2 nights. 
The shower door was also broken and would not close. The sink leaked surrounding the shower and underneath in the cupboard where electrical were stored. 
Be aware that there are large groups of men surrounding this road that the hotel is located on, who tried to attack and steal from my partner one night. We felt very unsafe here, I would not recommend for groups or women or families.

Terrible and unsafe

The worst thing you can find, no advice at all when you stay in this country, write a review in another App, here I just want to put a picture of what this panda of thieves looks like.We stayed in August, when we arrived we asked you to pay 50 euros in cash for the insurance issue (assuming you already should have insurance, but well) and within 7 days of departure you entered the account you previously gave them, as of today, October 7, 2022, I am still waiting for my 50 euros.

They are thieves.

I had a reservation made through Booking. A few days before Booking sent me a message indicating that the hotel could not make the collection because the card needed to be updated, although it was correct and it was only to guarantee the reservation, not the payment. I update the card and write to both Booking and the hotel telling me what happened so that I do not cancel the reservation. I do not contest Booking or the hotel and in less than 24 hours I cancel the reservation. I contact the hotel and they tell me that they cannot recover the reservation and that they can send them an SMS to make me an offer, at a clear higher price, since the other booking takes two months to make. Send me an SMS a minute later and! tell me that they have no reservations. In case they cancel the reservation with the result of Booking a hotel, thank you Beron and the men who can make the reservation can never send me a message.

Good evening... a wonderful hotel for family leisure. The main hotel is located in the centre of Bergamo, near the railway and the bus station. Many restaurants.

Rest for all 100

My reservation was canceled by the landlord just before the travel deadline on the grounds that my credit card is invalid, but I pay with it almost every day and it also works perfectly. The landlord just wanted to rent the room for a short time at a lower price. This is crooked and a fraud!

Fraud

When we arrived, we were greeted by a sloppy girl who repeatedly recommended cleaning the place, but when we arrived, the cleaning was not done: our apartment was SPORKY and smelled of smoke.

You prefer something else.

We stayed in this hotel for only one night, having travelled to Bergamo for a concert. We were very well, the rooms were clean and spacious enough, the parking in the courtyard was comfortable, the boiler in the room was very pleasant. The breakfast is valid, you can also make the spruits. A special compliment to the girl who welcomed us, very kind and available. Excellent quality price ratio, we will consider this when we decide to visit the city better.

Good choice

The hotel is located in a residential building near the train station and the inter-city bus station, and that's what determined my choice. And despite the lack of air and the presence of windows (in my room) under the ceiling, I have no regrets about the choice, on the contrary, I would like to have the status hotels with a room price two or three times higher than B&B Bonomelli, learned from the local owners of the clientele... So what's here: a nice wifi that even on the street, clean bedding and towels, a hot tub, a soap, a bathroom offer even about the bathroom (plus standard toiletries, coffee makers), a hot tub, a hot tea/gas, but how much you'd like to throw in a hot tub and a hot tub, and it's very rare that you'd like to have a hot tub and a hot tub with 5 lights and a hot tub, and it's very rare that you'd like to have a hot tub and a hot tub with a hot tub.
