We stayed with a group of friends and they booked us the entire two-storey apartment with 3 bedrooms. The cleanliness is not perfect, but the furnishings and services are appreciated and suited to this type of structure. Outside the crowded tourist routes, it was a weekend of peace and relaxation, with the opportunity to visit Arezzo and Casentino with the characteristic villages of the Tuscan hills.

Relax on the hill.

I spent one night in this property which we identified and then we reached Arezzo for the Christmas markets. It is located 30 km from Arezzo. The property is really nice and cozy. Completely renovated with antique furniture in the style of an old rustic house. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The breakfast was excellent. To highlight the great kindness of the owner who welcomed us and followed us. We found ourselves very well together and recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit the area.

Pleasant surprise

We chose this facility by chance, but it was a pleasant experience. It was like sleeping in Grandma's house with the old furniture and accessories.

As a family

I'll try to be synthetic, even if, in this case, it will be, practically, impossible to be. We started in the pool, we were very quick to get us to see the room (and then we'll find out why) and in essence it's an old cattle drinking room so the dimensions are extremely small and calling it PISCINA is always a euphemism. The local lady who greeted us, when we arrived, is, perhaps, little inclined to what is the real role of a guest, we were very quick to get us to see the room (and then we'll find out why) and all the extra information about the breakfast, wifi, etc. So we're just about to give them our first question.

From the pot to the brace

My husband and I have just returned from a one week stay. The B&B is full of charm. Breakfast was abundant with homemade cake, jams and preserves, fresh ricotta, biscuits, yogurt, cereal, fruit juice, tea, coffee or both. The setting is picturesque with sunsets to enjoy after a day of trekking. The hosts were hospitable and courteous with good local knowledge. It is one of the most relaxing  vacations we have ever had. If you wish to stay in an owner run B&B this must be placed top of the list. We hesitated to write a review as we wish to return time and time again, and fear it will be fully booked.  Although I am writing this review in English we live in Certaldo Florence. The Casentino is a treat to behold for visitors from near and far.. Thank you for making memorable our stay. We will return in October as truly outstanding. PS...If you are looking for a boutique B&B this thank goodness is not for you. After working for over forty years in the hospitality Industry ( Husband a Michelin Chef ) we appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to run such a little gem. Thank you ..

Best Kept Secret!

The structure is immersed in a dream landscape between the hills of the casentino, a few steps from the village of Bibbiena. The staff of the structure, the owner and above all the father are extremely kind and composed people, the father is the perfect owner of the house. The rooms are spacious, furnished in a rustic but extremely graceful way. The desserts of breakfast are to be tried....they are a masterpiece, delicious. The calm and stillness that is at the Hill is unbeatable.

Peace and tranquility

Typical Tuscan hillside structure, great starting point for excursions to the area, for tranquility and silence, rooms are clean and comfortable, friendly and friendly staff, great breakfast with homemade desserts.

Great B&B, quiet and convenient for travel.

A typical Tuscan house, excellent reception, recommended for relaxing in a small house. Very nice and professional managers. The rooms are clean without air conditioning but there is no need for it. The TV is in the common living room.

That's great.

We stayed for one night in this structure and will remember this night as the one in which after years we revisited the locusts (the real ones). The place is far enough away from the city, but still easily accessible by car, and immersed in the green and above all in silence, a condition that makes it even more fascinating if you are not pathologically attached to the tran tran of everyday life.

A good retreat away from chaos

I booked a triple room last weekend. The owners are very kind both by phone when booking and especially at the reception. Beautiful B&B on the hill of Soci, very convenient to visit Poppi, Bibbiena and surroundings. House of the Guides Countries restored 15 years ago with great taste. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, great breakfast in the morning with country products and above all a silence that we citizens have forgotten. All at unbeatable prices.
