Extremely clean and functional rooms. Food was amazing. ALL of the staff were personable, professional, efficient, and very engaging. This hotel should be on your list if you need lodging or lunch. We felt very secure in the building. Carded, after 9:00 p.m., was a nice touch.

Clean, Efficient, Wonderful 

I usually do not write reviews on hotel rooms that I stay at but I had to write one for our stay at this hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in the years of travelling. The rooms and beds were wonderful, breakfast (included) was unbelievable and service was exceptional. If you're visiting Bolzano it's the place to stay. 

Great stay-definitely recommend!

At this hotel, the guests are treated like family.  The hotel is family-run by the sweetest, most adorable family.  (Mom bakes goods for the buffet.  Son makes your cappuchino.  We even got to see the grandchildren before they went off to preschool.)  However, we had occassion to see how they really do go above and beyond, if needed.  
The day we were to leave, there was a train strike preventing us from getting to our next destination.  It was critical for us to get to our next destination because it was 4 hours away with an expensive, paid in-advance, non-refundable reservation at the next hotel.  The woman working the front desk at Hotel Feichter, voluntarily went to work for us to help us find a private driver to get us to Lake Como.  (We had already tried all the car rentals and the airport, and every other mode of transportation we could think of,  with no success.)  She helped us procure the last private driver to be had in all of Bolzano.  She went above and beyond our expectations with her assistance.  
I can't recommend this hotel enough.  (On top of the great service, the hotel is neat, clean cozy and well organized.  The location  is right in the heart of the activity in the cutest part of town.  Excellent shopping and restaurants literally across the street.  Awesome breakfast buffet.  All this and still nicely priced.)

Service above and beyond!!

My sister and I loved our stay at Feichter Hotel.  We highly recommend this lovely hotel to all!  Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, and spotless rooms with beautiful modern features were some of the highlights.  The location was superb, transportation, shopping, restaurants just outside of the hotel doors.  We have travelled throughout the world and the Feichter Hotel is truly a GEM!

Exceptional Family Hotel

The as-new cleanliness, the location, the lady who checked us in, the excellent breakfast, the gentleman in the breakfast room - all of these are a definite 5/5. 
The complementary SudTirol Card was a nice surprise. It gives free access to the cable car, the Ötzi Museum and local transport, among other things.
We were very impressed with all of this.
BUT:
The WiFi was woeful, 2/5.
The shower gel container was empty.
One thin pillow meant an uncomfortable night's sleep for me. Of course, it was the middle of the night before I realised this!
Checkout at 10:00 is a bit early, considering breakfast does not finish until 10:00.
Glad we were staying only one night. 
Were it not for the WiFi and the check-out time, we would definitely stay here again.
But next time in Bolzano, I’ll check out alternatives.

Let down by the WiFi

Great hotel in the center of Bolzano. The staff is very friendly. It feels like it is a family business (I don’t know that for a fact). We stayed at one of the appartments, which are next to the hotel. It was renovated and very modern. I loved it.
The shower was fantastic, with both a handheld and a rainshower. It had a washer and they provided a drying rack, which came in handy. 
The matress felt firm to me. I usually don’t like firm matresses but surprisingly it didn’t bother me, and I found the bed and the bedding very comfortable. Slep very well.
The breakfast was fantastic. 
They also provided us with cards to be used in all the public transportation. I used them to go to Ortisei, Santa Christina (bus 350) and to the Alpe di Susi cable car - bus 170.

Great Stay!

This family run hotel was great from the moment we walked in. Welcoming, clean, check in pleasant & efficient. The room was a good size, clean, and a bowl of complimentary apples. The restaurant staff were very friendly, efficient and the food fresh and appealing. Great location in Bolzano city centre. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here when they visit Bolzano. Thank you for a wonderful stay,

Excellent hotel & location in Bolzano City Centre

Close to the station and located in an attractive street. We loved being able to have breakfast outside. The room is basic but comfortable and having an area to sit outside our room was welcome. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

A friendly, well located hotel

A fabulous family run hotel near the station and right in the old streets of this beautiful town. So friendly, impeccably clean, great air conditioning (!) and a superb breakfast. I don’t know quite why this only gets 2* from the tourist board - I’ve stayed in plenty of ‘posher’ hotels that aren’t nearly as nice. I can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic friendly hotel in a great location

I will definitely stay here next time. A more service oriented team than the family who runs the hotel is difficult to image. They really have their guests best in mind, and always with a smile on their faces.
