Absolutely terrible accommodation where it was 15°C the whole time and the heating was not on (neither the central nor the ladder in our own bath would turn on to start the heating). We asked the accommodation directly when the heating will be turned on and they told us that according to the regulation they can only have the heating on until April 15, 2024 and that they asked the city to turn on the heat! After visiting the website of the city of Bolzano  we found , that the heating season was extended until 26/04/2024 (we were accommodated on 24/04/2024). Suddenly there was a long pause and then the accommodation said that yes, the heating season was extended and that they understand that it was not pleasant and that they are offering us 20 Euros back. Ridiculous!!! So many lies (they trust that foreigners have no way to defend themselves and do not know how the system works in Italy). Really amazing behavior!
People were walking down the hall in winter jackets, so it wasn't just us who were cold! At 15°C, absolutely everyone would be cold. How do you want to go out in this temperature? And what about the children who were housed and still went to the toilet in their jackets? Really disgusting attitude!! In addition, the accommodation is located in a historic building, where the walls are approx. 80 cm wide (+ the rooms have high ceilings of approx. 4 m)! So it is almost impossible to heat such rooms to the optimum temperature, however, if it was heated, it would definitely be more than 15°C in the rooms!!
In addition, the photos of the rooms on the accommodation website do not correspond to reality! The rooms are equipped differently (much more modestly). Room 103.

I definitely do not recommend!!!!

We travelled for work, so the place was great and central for us. We had an en suite shower/toilet, but I think not all rooms have. The 'breakfast' is some tea/coffee and cracker/toast and jam, so don't expect much, but the great thing is there is a fridge and a microwave (communal in the hall) and a 'despar' shop around the corner, so you can always grab something if you like a larger breakfast. The rooms were a little quirky, and if you expect perfection it's not for you, but they were very clean and cosy. The heaters you can turn on and off which is nice. Walls a bit thin, but despite neighbours we slept fine. It felt very safe too, and good for families. Would stay there again.

Wow place


We slept two nights in Bolzano Rooms and we've ended up really upset. Although it had a 8.2 in booking.com it does not deserve this mark at all.
The high price you pay (89€) is not worth the low value you get.

The room was really humid all the time, with no ventilation in the restroom. The room was very small with not enough space to keep the luggage, and furniture was low quality. Besides, it says it has got breakfast and the only thing it has, it is a couple of industrial toasts, non fresh jam and a kettle that doesn't work.

Nice rooms near the city center, shared bathroom but otherwise really well furnished rooms, clean and with view on an inner garden.. Really quiet at night and a really friendly owner.... Automatic check in and check out! 

Cozy and modern furnished rooms near the city center 

I had to stay one night in Bolzano and I've found this B&B on booking.com. Besides some problems with the booking, the rest is all ok!
My problem was that I first booked the room for 40€ and then got an email from booking.com saying that it actually costed 10€ more...then, once there,I've discovered that the parking place was not included in the price. On booking.com nothing is mentioned about the parking place, but if you look on the B&B's website it looks like they actually offer it as included..maybe I misunderstood, but anyway it's not very clear... The owner was very kind though, he made me pay half of the price for the parking place because of this misunderstanding!

My room was very small but very cute, clean, welcoming, and all the details were cured perfectly. The toilet was very clean as well and it really has everything including a hair-dryer. In the corridor there's a fridge, a microwave, a shelf with many teas and cookies and many other things you may need during your staying, including extra soap etc.! The whole building is very beautiful as it is an ancient (but very well kept) one, and the location is perfect because really close to the center.
The only negative thing is that the walls are not very thick and you hear it if the other people in the B&B are noisy...even though I do believe that, in my case, the problem were actually the noisy people in the other rooms rather than the walls ;) luckily I had ear plugs with me so my sleep was not too much disturbed!

My advice: go there, bring ear plugs, and remember that you're not the only one staying there so maybe you shouldn't turn your music on with the volume at its maximum ;)

Cute and cheap -even on Christmas time!

These are lovely, large rooms in a quiet building, about a 10 minute walk from the train station.  There are 2 large and clean toilet/shower rooms shared by 5 rooms.  There is a small fridge, microwave, and kettle in the common hallway.  The owner stopped by in the evening to check that everything was satisfactory.  Well worth the stay.
