I rated this B&B 2 only for a reason,. The view is great and absolutely stunning and a quiet place. The rest was bad, the breakfast started good and every single day the portion of the breakfast was getting smaller or almost nothing. The last day there wasn't a single towel removed from the day before and for 4 people we where only left with 2 towels. The beds aren't comfortable and the pare bedroom is more like a children's room. Wouldn't recommend. I will provide a photo of the last breakfast we were given also we have 2 1litre bottles of juices and a 1 litre bottle of water. 

Could be better

The B and B is in a modern house in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are small and with no air conditioned can be very hot in summer. You find your keys in a box and there is nobody to provide you with information, help, only in the morning they ask you to pay for the local tax. The breakfast has to be taken in the room. Do not expect local bread or local food, what is supplied in the room is international industry food under plastic bags and sandwich loaf
There are much better places to stay in downtown Bolzano

Expensive B and B with industrial low quality food

I have read several favorable reviews of this property, and I feel like they are talking about a totally different place than where we stayed.The view was nice, but we can find nothing else positive to say about this facility.  As other reviewers have mentioned, the owners were absent and totally unreachable.  We found our key on the porch and entered an empty building.  My husband and I are both in our early 70s and had no assistance getting our luggage (we were in Europe for 8 weeks, so we had several bags) to the third floor. Our room was large but was full of four single beds even though we had booked a double. People have also mentioned the "really good breakfast".  That was not the case while we were there. There was almost no selection, the juice was from a carton, and the only bread available came straight from the freezer (it had been thawed, but tasted stale).  
The biggest issue was that there was no phone and no internet. The "staff", when she was present, consisted of a very young woman, who neither spoke nor understood more than 10 words of English. She, and we, both tried several times to reach the owner with our cell phones but had no success. We realized there was no way to get answers to any questions we had regarding restaurants, directions, or other common tourist issues.   Much more importantly, we realized there was no way to get help if there was any kind of emergency.  
We emailed the host from our next destination where we did have internet, expressed our disappointment, and asked to please be contacted as soon as possible.  That was over two weeks ago, and we still have had no reply.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay.

We arrived at the BnB and our keys were waiting for us - with parking instructions and that was quite easy. As the property is a ways out of town, I am not sure how suitable it is for someone who doesn’t have a car. 

When we entered the property there was a sign with a few instructions and a wifi code. We made ourselves comfortable and when later we tried connecting to the internet - there was no connection. The sign by the door read - in case of need dial... Which we did - no answer and nobody ever returned my call. 
There was simply no internet available in the property. Next morning I asked the person at breakfast and her answer was: “oh yes, sorry, no internet”. 

The place and clean and comfortable and the breakfast is really good. The views were also quite pretty. So despite no internet, we had a decent stay. However, during the checkout - same person informs me that they only take cash. As our bill was over 500 euros - I was not amused. They ended up taking a credit card, but the whole thing was a bit ridiculous.

No internet...

Really nice owners, enjoyed the breakfast outside. Plenty choice also. Enjoyed the peace and quietness of the apple vineyards at night. Rooms are quite big and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay. Our two children also liked it!

Really enjoyed the quiet and country atmosphere.
Wonderful, rich and tasty breakfast: homemade breads, cakes and more.
Owner very accommodating and friendly.
Recommendations: need a handrail in stairwell for rooms upstairs, matresses need to be renewed.

Excellent B & B

This place is a really beautiful modern home in a quiet location looking at the mountains, the owner doesn't speak too much English but she is very nice.
Breakfast was in the garden and there was a wide selection available.
The only issue we had was parking, the owner tried to give us directions, we parked where we thought she meant but had some random lady shouting at us in the morning telling us not to park there.
Not sure it would be convenient if you didn't have a car as its not really near shops or restaurants but If you have a car the town centre is about 15 minutes away.
