Old and unattended structure. Very dangerous marble scales: steep, narrow and slippery. In the entrance there is always a stench. The girl who runs it seems to be there to do you a favor. Little available and to the most trivial requests sufficient in the answers. The air conditioning is very old and works very poorly. It is positioned at the height of the bed and points on it. It is impossible to light it at night. On request of a stretch cloth we were told that the terrace is equipped with wires to sleep. Rooted, sun-cut wire is totally unsuitable to raise more than one suit. Seventy rooms could go well, but providing long-term accommodation is in place. So as a washing machine for the condominium is not really used, there is no bad apartment.

Very dangerous escalators and 1800s air conditioning!

My girlfriend and I stayed a few nights in the beautiful town of Bosa and we found a nice, comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We 'll be back.

I'm staying for a week and in this great facility, with all the comforts and in a great location, ideal for both couples and families, as in my case.

It's excellent.

Our living room was very clean, with new furniture, air conditioning, TV, kitchen equipped with everything else, oven, fridge, etc. Bathroom with towels, showercloth, soap.Everything as described.The stairs are a bit steep and slippery and the Wi-Fi never worked.

In the historic center of Bosa

We was 3 peoples in this appartment for a 17 nights stay. Fortunately the temperature was not so high because just 1 of 3 air condition worked well. Then, we expect a nice balcony to eat breakfast, like the pictures shows, but only the appartment of the manager had. To cook some food was difficult, the gas hob was defective until some days before leaving. Many cooking tools was missing, we had to ask for each little thing, in the land of wine, even the corkscrew was missing, and just 2 wineglasses for a place to 6 persons. No mirror to see how you're looking. The TV signal is horrible, impossible to follow a program. Free parking for your car: oh yeah, totally outside the town, you'll find some place if you're lucky. Otherwise, when you order the appartment, you get a nice price, but when you have to pay, the difference is big and you have to pay cash, no creditcard or something like that. The trash system is something special, you get just 1 bucket, but you have 5 different types of trash to handle and choose the right day. Allright, to say something positive, the location is good and the rooms are spacious.

Too expansive for what you get.

Old and fatigued apartment, with steep and dangerous stairs right after the entrance door that give the impression of entering a basement rather than an apartment. After 23 hours every day, no more water until the next morning, nor to wash hands and/or teeth, nor to shower, draw the toilet washer and so on. Unconceivable that, knowing very well of the municipal restriction, the structure was not equipped in such a way as to guarantee a minimum amount of water in all apartments for the essential needs of the occupants!! But most importantly, without much discomfort, NO ONE has informed us in advance of the total lack of water!! The other structures were regularly equipped with a shower and pumps of water in the bathroom without any risk, and it was almost impossible to clean the bathroom with a clean water, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom, without the use of a bathroom

This is a nightmare.

We did not stay here, but we had a great diner in the trattoria Il BiancoSpino.
Starter was combi of three seafood: smoked tuna, octopusse and congereel.
maincourse was swordfish with red cabbage.
With it a bottle of red Buio (excellent) and we ended with 4 expresso.
Very nice serving young man.
Price for 4 menu's  was 124 euro. 
Great place!!

Diner in the trattoria

In a small building at the end of the course and behind the church is the Whitewashed House which offers apartments of various sizes with one or more bedrooms. The apartments are new and well maintained all with terraces overlooking the alley or the course. The location is very convenient both to get by car and to take two steps to the center.
