We picked this location out of two cupboards that we had with friends from smartbox 2 days in the spa...it was a really nice and good smartbox scam that I think I've never visited this place. as soon as we got to this pseudo-farm, mortified that it was a gift to my friend and husband, I had to give them the spider ladder because the room besides the spider ladder was full of spiders, spiders and hairs everywhere.

It's a smart box scam. Shame on you.

It's unacceptable that the structure is being passed down and cannot be sold as a spa when there's a pool less than 2 meters with water at 22 degrees

Bad experience

A stay with a sign of nature and simplicity, a sensational place, if not a magnificent one, immersed in the green, where peace, serenity, courtesy and hospitality reign because surrounded by Mr. Paul a wonderful and sweet person, very attentive and available and by his wonderful sweet animals, 2 very affectionate dogs. The pool is all natural and leaves a very smooth skin paradise. It is a soil. I will definitely return to it, to unwind and relax.

Sweet nature

The kindness, courtesy and hospitality of the owner, Mr. Paolo, makes you feel at home. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast with good sweets prepared by the owner. A very comfortable tub with warm water. Nice experience we will definitely return!!!! Roberto and Roberta.

This is a wonderful place for a relaxing weekend, for those who love the sea, the lake and the country walks. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind, prepared great breakfasts for us and his cute little dogs, Mago and Tao, kept us company.

It's a great weekend.

Fantastic location for a two-day party. welcoming and friendly owners. Paul and his son Geronimo. Charming location at the gates of Rome. Easily reachable by highway. Total relaxation.
