New, well-maintained apartments with all the necessary equipment, only the cavatappi is missing, just a few steps from the beach and the centre of the village, a great solution, especially in the low season, the only drawback is the little and damned ants.

Nice location.

We are staying in the apartment number 11, located on the same SP 1 road that leads to the village from San Teodoro o Budoni. Upon arriving at the office of our Smart, SRL agency, located in the bathroom of Opti 51 (in the same apartment in the village where the bars and restaurants are located - the hours are from 9 to 13 and from 16 to 19), we are staying in the apartment number 11, located on the same road SP 1 that leads to the village from San Teodoro o Budoni. It's not the picture.

It's hard to find the agency, it's separate apartments, there must be some good, but our nefasto, bad beds, no sergeant or microwave or oven, very small cafeteria, no laundry, terrible heat the refrigerator works badly, badly located, cleaning is not included, towels are not included, even if we had them in the package.

Nefasto is the name given to Nefasto.

I went with my partner to spend a week, when we arrived there was not a single indication of the apartments or the office, when we found it was closed, only open from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00.We had to wait 2 hours for them to give us the key, the sheets, towels, wifi, air conditioning and a whole host of other things if they consider extras and charge you 20/25€ Plus for each, apart from the accommodation you have to pay 120€ for accommodation and cleaning. The apartments are large and bright, the furniture is old but is neat and clean. The kitchen has almost everything useful. The area during the day seems abandoned but at night is very good. It has small supermarkets, several restaurants and two pizzas.

Right for the price

The apartment (we stayed in B3) was very spacious and had pretty much all the basics we wanted for our 7-night stay...the one exception being the fact that we had to pay €20 extra on arrival for bed linen and towels!

The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, cutlery etc and the hob/oven/grill was nice and new. Bedroom, bathroom, lounge and balcony all quite large and comfortable.

The two gripes I had were with the A/C and the shower.
The A/C appeared to be very inconsistent in its operation - to start with, it worked using the remote control, but then this stopped and I had to reach up and turn it on manually. Sometimes it would appear to just stay on for a pre-programmed period of time and then turn itself off (not ideal!). Mid-way through our stay it just stopped working altogether. At this point, I went to the site office (5mins walk away at the marina) to inform them. They said they would send someone to look at it but I never saw anyone and when we got back from the beach later that day, it still did not work. Spent an uncomfortably hot night with no A/C. The next morning, I finally realised I could turn the units off at the circuit breaker and back on again, which at least kicked them back into life a bit, but still working inconsistently as before. Lastly, whenever they were on, the air coming out was not particularly cold. Better than nothing but not good.
The shower was weak and the tray flooded very quickly - obviously not cleaned very well. Also mentioned this when I went to the site office but it was not rectified. Not the end of the world, but annoying nonetheless.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay. We were conveniently located near to the beach and the shops & restaurants of the marina (each approx. 5mins walk). Some lovely beaches in the San Teodoro area - around 15mins drive (our particular favourite was Cala Capo Coda Cavallo).

OK for the price

7 nights in one of the large double rooms. Spacious double bedroom with large closet and drawer. Window bath with very nice shower cabin. Cooking corner and sofa bed complete a really well furnished and well thought out apartment 200 meters from the sea and the tourist port of Ottiolu.

It's a paradise!

I stayed at this property at the end of July 2014 with my family consisting of my husband and 2 children. The location of the property is definitely excellent, a step away from the main amenities, the lovely portico of Ottiolu, and, of course, the beach of Ottiolu, wonderful!! The apartments themselves are a little fatiguing, very poor furnishing, including kitchen furniture that is folded into wood, broken room drawer, broken bathroom towel attachments... The unpleasant thing about all this is that we have marked it at the beginning of the stay, but never has a superlogue been done to see or try to fix the things. In conclusion I can say that the structure has a HUGE potential, but this potential is clearly missing due to PECCEDNESS!

Great location. A little less refinishing the structure.

We stayed in an apartment for two weeks (the first two of June) and our review can only give us 5 stars. I emphasize that there is no movement in the area at night and it is in a very quiet position; but for us it was fine as I was pregnant. Very close to the beach, the supermarket and the portico with some restaurants and pizzeria. For us it was the top apartment equipped with everything necessary.

What a great vacation!

It's a beautiful place, all within walking distance and close to the sea!!! very comfortable apartment and convenient to all kinds of services! I recommend everyone to stay in this residence! To shop there is a shop in the amphitheater square but if you want to do it at a more than a price count I recommend the sigma or sisa (I don't remember well) that is located in the village Agrustos near the port of Optiolu. To eat in the restaurants we found ourselves well at the Pirate!

A classic wharf ride.

I Borghi di Ottiolu is located short walk to the Marina and there is a beach very close to it.Apartment was nice,comfortable and since we stayed in low season was extremely quiet.We went to the beautiful beach in San Teodoro and all other local places and used the apartment as a base which is what we planned initially,so overall we were very happy with  I Borghi di Ottiolu
