I stayed in this residence with my wife for 10 days at the beginning of September. A beautiful facility with swimming pool, bar and picnic area. Great kindness and availability of the managers. The advice I received on excursions to do and restaurants were always excellent. A fairly large apartment with terrace overlooking swimming pool and, in the distance, sea view. The facility is located on the hills above Budoni, about 10 minutes drive from the center of the village. Very recommended.

Holidays in Sardinia

My wife and two children have been in this residence. Located outside Budoni about 5 km from the center. Beautiful, new, clean apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a large kitchen; beautiful terrace for breakfast at dawn and dinner at sunset with a fantastic breeze. In the background there is a beautiful swimming pool, barbecue and pizzeria.

I'm going to take a vacation.

I spent 6 nights in this beautiful residence. Immersed in lush vegetation, a mixture of colours and silence reign at the Court of the Winds. Very clean and orderly common areas, clean, functional apartment, perfect for living your holidays freely. Zone a few minutes from Budoni (also connected by public transport), we had, however, the car for greater autonomy. Maria always kind and available for every need. Everything beautiful. Super recommended. Thank you very much.

Terrible experience all round. Bad bed sheets, charged extra for towels and then brought two towels short - asking us to ‘adjust’ till the next day. 

Double bed was actually two single mattresses with a high seam running through the middle. 

Cherry on top was that shower cubicle door was missing, they gave us a mop to clean up after each shower!! For a family of 4 with 2 kids.

By the way there is no private beach as shown on a few websites. They do have a nice and clean pool.

AVOID if you can, I went there as part of a group booking and am never going to let any of my friends or family stay here.

Holiday from hell!

Residence very nice, cozy and well maintained. Beautiful swimming pool with water massage especially in the evening fully lit. Very friendly staff. Bar service and convenient parking both inside and outside the residence. Recommended

Beautiful and Acceptable

We stayed in this residence for 2 weeks, 2 adults and two girls, and we felt at home. Very clean, functional and cozy apartment, equipped with every necessity. The residence has a swimming pool with bunk beds and umbrellas, clean and comfortable, with a water-massage area. Always open bar and excellent spritz to enjoy in the pool. The management, family, is impeccable, they were all courteous and kind. The nearest beaches are about 10 minutes away by car (the same distance also from the center of Budoni).

Quiet and gentle

Very nice place in a quiet area a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Mrs. Maria was a discreet presence but always available whenever we needed information or problems, on the last day having the ship in the evening and having to leave the apartment in the morning we asked her if we could leave the luggage at the bar, as we had done when we arrived and instead she left us the apartment until evening, a courtesy that is not easily found. The apartment was exactly as in the photos. In fact I also found the laundry, very comfortable. Usually the apartments are very impersonal while this was colorful and even the dishes gave you the idea of being home. We are very satisfied and we will definitely return. Thank you very much.

Relaxation and Tranquility

Corte dei Venti is a small residence located between the peace and quiet of the hills, just 4 km from Budoni and its beaches. Clean, well maintained and well managed, it deserves its three stars. We stayed in an apartment with the very spacious rooms, well furnished (exactly corresponding to the photo collection published on Tripadvisor) and air conditioned. The strong points are: cleanliness, order, cordiality and staff availability, excellent wi-fi (I had read that it was bad, they must have arranged it...) and the beautiful swimming pool with hydromass in which my children stood next to each of us from the sea or from another wonderful destination of Sardinia.

All your expectations are confirmed!

We had a lovely time, the apartment was clean tidy and we'll appointed. The staff were lovely, they left us to it, but when we needed anything the were polite, attentive and helpful. As long as you have a car the location is superb, close to beautiful beaches but also close to the mountains for those looking for a more active holiday. We will be back!

Clean and quite

The two rooms (bedroom/kitchen) are spacious and purpose-built. In front of the apartment there is a covered seating area. The houses of the complex are two-storey and very quiet during our five-day stay in the off season. The complex includes a cafe where you can drink your coffee in the morning. Check-in and checkout are excellent. Special requests for late checkout would be accepted without problem. All in all, a great facility, clean and recommended.
