We stayed at Casa Alba for one night. 
The Pino and Rosetta, the hosts were wonderful. They made everything to make us feel comfortable and were helpful  even though they don’t speak English. 
We spoke through translate app. Breakfast was great. The location of Casa Alba is great. Few minutes of walking from the center but in a place you can park the car if you come with one.  The room was also nice and comfortable. 

Recommended B&B at Caltagirone

We had a very pleasant night in Casa Alba...the owners were charming and caring for us...the breakfast was very generous and featured a wide range of local specialties...it must be added that the room with the bathroom was originally decorated with a high-end shower cabin...no noise at night...we will be happy to return to this address where, in addition, we immediately found a parking space which prevented us from reaching the historic center very easily on foot from Casa Alba... yet to these two exquisite people....

An excellent address

We stayed at Casa Alba two years ago for five nights.  We knew that there was no other place that we would want to stay on our return for a 7 night stay.  Mr. and Mrs. Alba are extremely hospitable.  It is obvious they want their guests to be comfortable and to enjoy their stay.  The rooms are immaculate.  We travel extensively and the breakfast at Casa Alba cannot be surpassed.  Mr. Alba brings fresh pastries from the best pastry chefs in town.  Mr. and Mrs. Alba are also helpful with tourist information and arranging shuttle service.  For a stay in Caltagirone or anywhere near Caltagirone, Casa Alba is definitely the place to stay.

Superior B&B

It's really very warm and friendly, you feel at home in a place of excellent quality. Breakfast is very abundant with typical and genuine products, you can choose between sweet and salty. Try the jams!

Nice stay in Caltagirone

I stayed here for three nights whilst travelling through southern sicily...the owner kindly offered to collect me from the bus station which was on the edge of the new town...they did not speak english but we managed to communicate via translation apps etc...very comfortable room ...rooftop terrace......good location.... very near the gardens and ceramic  museum.. ten minutes walk to the flight of steps with tiles....highlights are all the ceramics shops/ workshops..christmas fair,decorations so very busy and festive .....lovely atmosphere....owners help me sort out my onward journey and again took me to the bus....thank you so much..

Great hospitality...

My husband and I stayed here for a night while driving through southeastern Sicily. The owner helped us find a parking space on the street, which was helpful. It’s a very nice little b&b where a lot of care has been put into the aesthetics. Our room was very pleasant and there’s a terrace with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was also wonderful, with an immense number of options (this was a little overwhelming since we were the only guests - definitely spoiled for choice). The owners are extremely friendly but don’t speak any English. This was fine except for when we tried to check out. 

We tried to use a Visa, per the listing that said they accepted all major credit cards, but the owner told us that she didn’t know how to use the credit card machine and her husband, who did, wouldn’t be back until the evening. This was a problem since we didn’t have a lot of cash at that particular moment, and weren’t able to prepare. My husband ended up having to run up to the piazza about half a mile away, in the midday heat, to get the cash. It was upsetting in part because it was entirely preventable, either by putting up a sign saying that they preferred cash, or by asking us how we planned to pay the night before when we checked in. 

A couple other small things to note - the air conditioning was weak, which would have been an issue if we’d been staying more than one night, and the bed was two twin beds pushed together, with one having had significantly more use than the other. My husband and I are both tall, so this made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but it probably wouldn’t be problematic for everyone. 

Caltagirone itself is pretty sleepy except for the ceramics shops. We also discovered belatedly that nearly all of the restaurants in town are closed on Tuesday night - something to be aware of. Otherwise it’s a pleasant little Sicilian city. 


Nice little b&b but be sure to bring cash

It's a very clean, well-equipped room, a nice little pan-Gruelic breakfast, a very nice housewife, a very nice terrace, a very nice parking lot, the housewife helps.

Perfect reception.

This Bed & Breakfast is located near the park and is in the city center. The management is run by two retired couples who take great care of their customers so that they feel like family. The terrace is beautiful and the house is taken care of in the smallest detail. Adorable in the description of what to see and where to eat. They also have very detailed maps to visit the city. The rooms are modern and very new with some vintage touch that gives character to the room.

Central position and large reception

Cozy atmosphere, clean place, very very well maintained structure, really beautiful!!! Gentle owners very good breakfast. The staircase is a 15-minute walk from the B&B. Quiet place nearby restaurants I recommend!!!
