I spent about two weeks after February in this place. The location of the house is good in a quiet area a few kilometers from the center of Canazei and from the main lifting plants in the area. For those who like to walk it is the ideal place. You get to the center on foot through a nice walk along the river. However the apartment Pordoi on the upper floor is very noisy. You can hear the discharge of the apartments on the upper floors, the double room borders the bathroom of the apartment next door and you can hear everything. It is rather cool because the cold sun is only visible for the summer in the day and then also in the dark. We turned on the light already in the morning. Two bathrooms both without end. The bathrooms are absolutely to be changed! It is a very nice place for our cottage as it has a beautiful terrace.

Good location but cold and noisy apartment

I spent the first week of August 2019 in this lovely facility with my husband and my four children. We were really good: functional apartment, double bathroom, laundry room and common terrace really nice. The location is excellent because at 5 minutes walk you arrive at the lifting plants Ciampac and Col dei Rossi. Right in front of the house you have the palaghiaccio (great alternative in case of bad weather..) and the cycling on the river Avisio with a mega play park for children; walking 15 minutes the walk along the river reaches the end and, finally, five steps from the house the supermarket, tobacco shop, butchery and APT office to ask about the excursions.

Great location especially for families

Rented a functional apartment for us and our little puppy, kind and generous Andrea the owner, convenience of parking, wonderful location and two steps from lifting facilities and walks.

It's a great stay.

We were here in June 2018 for 5 nights. We had a small double room with bathroom that was very clean (only the drain in the shower was so slow that we always stood bone-deep in the water while showering). The room was very dirty and of the size and equipment was completely sufficient for us. What wasn't in the description was that there was a kitchen that you can use. Unfortunately it was only equipped with the most necessary. More than any noodles with pesto wasn't in it. However, the pantry was very useful. What I need to clean up is our room, which was very bright. On our last night with most other travelers in the neighborhood room and there are until late in the evening and we could listen to the word quite loudly. Despite the fact that we were to go to and sing from the hotel to the hotel and from the hotel to the hotel, we were able to go to the hotel and continue to the hotel with the luxury of the hotel.

Comfortable rooms

We booked a two-room apartment here. The address is not very easy to find, but we got it all. Behind the building is a huge building, unfortunately that's why you didn't get a nice view from the terrace. Bad. Our apartment was clean and equipped with two bathrooms, which we all found great. The kitchen was relatively well equipped (water boiler, dishwasher, but unfortunately no beer cans). The rooms were both a little small, but when you packed everything in the closet, it went. The WiFi wasn't worthy, sometimes it went, then it didn't. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the rooms for breakfast, as well as it's quite well equipped, when the dining room is pretty bad, but the dining room is usually very dark, and we still have to get to the basement.

The following conditions shall apply:

Alba di Canazei is only 2 km from the centre of Canazei (comfortably reachable also on foot) and was for us the right distance from the city movement. Casa Farinol is very nice, comfortable rooms, equipped with every comfort, beautiful places. Mr. Andrea, owner, is a very kind, available and friendly person. We found ourselves very well. A few meters from the house there is a supermarket, butcher shop, newspapers / tobacco and tourist information. We will definitely return.

Great for quality price. Nice room with the smallest detail. Clean smell everywhere. Gentle and friendly owners.

Nice holiday in Canazei for the summer party

Very well situated apartments for skiers. Very friendly host family with knowledge of German and English. Apartments partly decorated a bit old. Free Wi-Fi. Lift Belvedere ski area and DolomitiSuperski about 1 km away. Good parking opportunities right in front of the house. Skikellers available. Very clean.

Ideal for skiers

The hotel is located in Alba di Canazei between the ice stadium and the state with the main services (supermarket, apt, etc.). Apart from the excellent location unfortunately there is no indication to find the structure. The room is a bit small since there is no common space, practically a rent room; so also no type of breakfast available. The room is clean and thankfully there is a heated water available but the services stop here; unfortunately I had to request the Val Di Fassa card.

Discrete structure that can be improved

I went to Val di Fassa in February to find friends, the choice fell on this structure for the quality/price ratio, I must say that the choice was very neat, very nice room, cozy and clean, available but reserved owners.
