We stayed there in summer. Location was perfect. Shop just minute away and parking on site. Room was a bit dark and very noisy from early morning. As we were waking up at 6am, it did not bother us so much.

Nice rooms and great location

Clean, very spacios, fully equipped apartment. Since apart of the family also lives in the same building, they are available to assist around the clock - calling locals, guiding etc.
Excellent solution for families or group of friends. Also - since it's in the middle of the village, everything is close.

Superb choice in the middle of Canazei

We booked an apartment at Cesa Maria for the fifth time. As usual everything was very good. Mrs Artoni is very friendly.
A supermarket is right across the street, a farmacy is in the same building and the skibus station is 3 min away.
We highly recommend this accomodation!


Very nice stay

We booked via Airbnb and very satisfied. The position is great and apartment very well furnished and clean. The owners are very kind and helpful. Will gladly return, if possible. We were surprised to see slopes were in great condition, although natural snow was zero. Quite strange to see white only on slopes, but ski was great around Sella Ronda.

Very nice apartment

- The apartment is clean and well equipped. The kitchen is large and can easily serve a family that wants to have home-made meals. The bathroom is very good - large shower cabin with good water-stream and draining. The bathroom is comfortable and well ventilated. There are several wardrobes with lots of drawers, in the entrance, in the living room and in the kitchen. We could easily unpack all our luggage and made the apartment our home for a wonderful week in the dolomites. 
- The apartment is located on the main street of Canazei - less than 5 minute walk from the center, with lots of restaurants and the tourist information office. There is a pharmacy in the building and across the street there is a small SPAR supermarket. The apartment has private parking place - a great advantage. When we came home from our trips, we found in the entrance of Cesa Maria building surprises - cake, muffins or fruits. Being on the main street, the sounds of the motorcycles, and cars cannot be avoided, but the advantages of this location is worth it. 
- Mara Artoni, her son David and her sister Nicoletta are wonderful hosts. They communicated with us all the details before arrival. When we arrived, Mara showed us the apartment and the facilities of the entire building, including their laundry machine in the ground floor that we could use when it was free. We used WhatsApp to communicate with David and he responded to all out messages immediately. We felt that we have an accountable family, and it is a great feeling when you are far away from home.

Great location, Large, comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment and warm hosts.

My partner and I have just returned from a weeks skiing, we prefer self catering to hotels, this was a great base for us. The owners were very friendly even brought us a piece of homemade chocolate cake one day. Simple furniture, very clean, sufficient crockery cutlery etc. We had no oven only a hob microwave and kettle, but we ate out in Canazei most evenings and we were on the mountains everyday at lunch time where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. A short walk to the ski bus stop and in walking distance of the gondola if you leave your skis on the mountain or in a shop near the gondola, but there is a ski room and boot warmer in the apartment block. The wifi was very reliable. Opposite a supermarket. Good stay, would definitely go back. Weeks are booked Saturday to Saturday however our flights were Sunday's and the owners agreed to this , I think because we booked early, I don't think they would normally agree to this but we were very grateful.
