this b+b is managed by a family that takes good care of you.we were with friends and we all liked it very much.nice room(some has a terrace)good bathroom.very clean.good breakfast.a wonderful view.parking place.near the city center.

a very cozy b+b.

We stayed at the B&B for four nights and really enjoyed Ingrid’s hospitality. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed. We got numerous recommendations (e.g. restaurants, excursions,...). To explore Costa Smeralda and the Nationalpark of La Maddalena, the B&B is a good starting point. 

Our room was lovely decorated and cleaned every day. In the nighttime it was quite and sleeping was no problem at all.
From the terrace - where we had breakfast - we enjoyed the view over bay. 

We would recommend this lovely place! 

Lovely hospitality 

Indeed gorgeous view , friendly host Ingrid ans friendly girl who cleans the room and offers breakfast, and spacious room (room with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and terras). Unfortunately also too many reasons to be disappointed considering all the positieve comments and the price. These reasons are: parking space (private of the hotel) not taken care of and has garbage all over the place (bad impression), garden behind also not taken care of (dry, rather neglected), very strong smell of humidity in our room (humid problem), very tiny and old bathroom ( not ok for the price range of that room), old doors ( also give impression of forgotten glory) , filthy old and not cleaned hood (the thing that sucks the air and humidity out of the bathroom), old tiny and used shower with more cold than hot water. WiFi didn’t work during our stay of 2 nights.
Breakfast is ok. We’ve experienced much better but also worse in other places. View at breakfast is breathtaking.
The price you pay is the price for the location, the square meters of the room and the view but if you look closely you will see that the price over all is overrated because of too many imperfections. I compare with other places I have been in Sardinië , that were in perfect condition, also beautiful location, very good breakfast with adapted home made cakes for coeliac condition, spacious rooms and beautiful well taken care of outside space, fresh smell in the rooms, good WiFi and good bathrooms and showers and all this for almost half of the price. 
So either this place has to lower their price , but better would be to fix all the imperfections and neglected things and make it worth the price because the place had the potential to be even at a higher range.

Overprised compared with the expectations

Property is very easy reachable by car. It is up a small hill, even in the village there are some arrows to show you the direction. The host did an amazing job welcoming us to the B&B and the area, and gave us some tips where we could eat and not spend too much money. 
The room was a little more expensive compared to our other stays in Sardinia, but still not too much for what you get; very comfortable and clean room with private bathroom. Bed springs were a little too much sticking out, maybe in the short future time to change the mattress. 
Living and outside area available that you can use throughout the day. At night she even lighted candles throughout the whole sitting areas making it super cosy.
Breakfast was nice. Italians do not have much of a breakfast culture, but even though this was one of the nicest breakfasts we had on the island; fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, cheese and ham, fresh coffee, juice etc.

Cosy and friendly B&B

Here we go, trying to save money this year I decided not to go though a travell agent, and I normally go to plush  5 star hotels in the far east or the carribean, our first week was in Alghero at a 5 star hotel with big pool = lovely, we travelled from west to east and arrived at B&B Oltremare, it has about 4 or 5 rooms and is what you would call a B&B in the UK, not a plush hotel, I was gutted, BUT!!! luckily I have a lovely understanding wife who tried to put me right. 
No it didn't have a pool or plush bedroom so what did it have. the view from the garden was beautiful, see picture enclosed, a very nice breakfast every day, the town Cannigione was lovely and well placed for travelling all along the east side and north, and were the places we visited good. OMG yes, If I could afford to move to the town I would. back to the B&B, Ingrid who runs the show was very nice and the 2 ladies who did everything were excellent, bedroom had air con, safe, tv, fridge, and separate bathroom, no bath just a shower, sheets and towels were changed half way through the week, a clean and well maintained room. you could come and go as you pleased they had free wifi, nice terrace for breakfast nice lounge. do you know what, it was a wonderful week,  slight negatives for Ingrid, like most fridges in hot country's the fridge in our room was not cold, and the car park at the rear I feel should be cleaner finally try to have a thicker mattress on the bed. the telling question would I go back = Yes I would, finally what a beautiful island Sardinia is, from the centre to the edges, you have to visit a lot of the beaches on the east side, do the boat rip to the islands and don't leave any valuables in a car anywhere, car robberies are rife. thank you for a nice week.
