For three nights, it's okay, but the hotel is very old and needs a major renovation. Part of the rooms are dirty. The leaky seat lists are getting ants out. The roof is leaking on the balcony, so the rainwater on the balcony collects. It's very wet. It's not all hygienic. The rooms are dirty, too.

Appropriate central accommodation

The pool was really nice, we had 30 degrees all week, and the downtown area had a lot to offer.

Very nice week at the hotel

It's the second time I've been back for the first time years ago in 2020 I had a nice little house with a nice swimming pool with an outdoor... This time I found myself on the fifth floor but well it was only two days that then they became one and a half... the apartment had the Vater that didn't work fixed at night... the window that didn't close... I then that I hate using the elevator because I'm afraid I've been up all day at 90 steps above it's 90 degrees but this is obviously my problem The swimming pools ok And finally they have a bar on the swimming pools that years ago didn't work... except for Mr. Barista very nice... The girl of the morning a smile didn't count...

Normal apartment with too high prices, not even the bath towels included..!! For 190€ per night I think it's the minimum! Breakfast not included and pay umbrella..! I think you take a little too much advantage of the tourist I'm definitely not going back.

Price too high for the services offered

We were in fifth place in an apartment that wasn't too big, but it still worked. After finding parking space, there wasn't enough, and an hour of waiting at check-in, we were able to get our apartment right away. The facility is nice and well maintained, the pools are large and the staff are friendly and motivated. Unfortunately, there are still people booking the beds and no one does anything about it. The pool bar is very charming.

Great for families.

The apartment where we stayed was very clean and well equipped with dishwashers and washing machine. The kitchen utensils were there and in the apartment you can also find seacloths that you can use. The staff is courteous and available. There are also two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children with water massage.

New and equipped apartments

We stayed for 2 nights in this modern and well-organized residence: welcoming reception, pleasantly the recently renovated apartment n.104 located on the ground floor (happily not overlooking the swimming pool): cooking corner living room and sofa bed, bathroom with large shower and a double room, equipped with a medium-sized garden where you can have lunch outdoors. There are 3 swimming pools: 1 quite large, 1 for children with low water and hydromassage and 1 post on the outside of the structure with heated water.

Great family home

I was with my companion and our guest dog at this property. A few steps from the center of Caorle and the Riviera de Levante. It is really well maintained, all new furnishings, apartment clean and equipped with every comfort (even the dishwasher!). Three very large swimming pools, a little crowded since the sea of Caorle is not really Caribbean... In the morning and until lunchtime there were still few people and it was a real moment of relaxation. They make available pillow and bowls for furry friends. I recommend!

Total relaxation

I booked my stay from 14/08 to 21/08 in a villa in front of the pool for 5 people.I arrived at 11 and they handed me the keys at 16.30.I entered the house and in my opinion it was for 3 people. In the house I did not find the attachments, a bed, cabinets to store supplies,(compliments to the decorator who did not know how to furnish the kitchen in a practical way, he probably never took a vacation in this facility), once opened the sofa bed remains 40 cm to pass. In the bathroom there was total lack of towels.

Bad stay

It's nice when you get here, you're nice at the reception but you can't respect the timing and the rules, there's a lot of confusion in the pool, especially after 9 p.m.
