A little paradise is our second home

A small charming village immersed in tranquility, genuine and secluded hospitality, absolutely worth visiting, visiting, because you always want to come back to enjoy the full relaxation that it offers, connected to Straccoligno beach and the Belmare restaurant

A marriage between nature and relaxation

My husband, my 8-year-old daughter and my dog stayed for a week in a residential villa. It has everything necessary, well-maintained and very clean apartments, car park. Located in a very nice location. And what about the owners: Claudia, Pierluigi and their family are always available, kind, make you feel at home. Always ready, if necessary or to suggest what to visit. Thank you! A vacation to repeat.

First experience on the island of Elba

We stayed in this residence for the second year in a row and found ourselves very well again. The little house is very beautiful and functional with a really nice outdoor space. The owners are very kind and always available.

Gigi & Claudia are lovely hosts & always there when you need something, everything is very simple. A large pool with a beautiful view invites you to stay. Also the Bel Mare restaurant on the beach of Straccoligno, which is also run by the family, is absolutely recommended. Pure Recreation and Well-being

It was a beautiful building, surrounded by greenery, well maintained and well maintained. We had the newest apartment, very nice and functional. Apart from having a car garage next to it, not to be underestimated in CAPOLIVERI, very quiet. We also had breakfast, very plentiful and varied. We were my wife and I, but for those who have children it is very structured giving various services besides a swimming pool overlooking the sea! The residence is 700/800 from the center! Lastly the kind owners are available and always available for any need.

A lovely vacation

The Residence has everything you need to make a perfect vacation... a beautiful, eye-filling location, cleanliness, attention to detail, wide spaces... I mean, if you add to all this the kindness and courtesy of the managers, you really can't look for anything better.

Perfection

On the advice of friends, we stayed in this residence for two weeks. A real paradise, stunning sea view from every house with garden. Beautiful swimming pool, sea view, cleanliness, kindness and friendliness are the top! The owner Claudia is always available, makes you feel at home and in the family! How to feel at home!

It's my first time on the island of Elba, friends suggest the Residence Belvedere, for the availability of the owner, for the view from the scream. I was looking for an apartment to manage meals independently, having a baby in the weaving and also to have the largest spaces than a room in a hotel. The quote is accessible, linen included, chair, cot, garden, barbecue, mosquito, booked and I arrive on the island. Armed with everything necessary to clean the apartment (as has often happened to me with the summer afflictions) I cross the roof of the house and I immediately realize that I just have to relax because everything is perfect, ordered and clean.

Like at home, but sea view

My husband and our one-and-a-half-year-old son and I stayed in apartment number two with beautiful sea views: large, very clean, excellent finishes and with all the necessary options, large terrace, private garden with drawer and really nice and well-kept public spaces. They also provided us with a bed for the baby and some toys for him. Very large and perfect children's play area for our baby, staff available for every need, impeccable pool even though we never stopped all day and we never used it... good luck finding them! they also sent us photos of the apartment before we arrived... We were practically the last of the season! Thanks to everything Claudia and her family! We recommend you to customers and friends!
