It's just the location that makes it tolerable. Privacy practically nothing, walls of poison paper. The neighbor's kitchen was practically in the bedroom. Fatty and poorly maintained. A double room and a puff that worked as a third bed not even prepared since we booked in three. In the end it looks like the third bed was practically on the bathroom doorstep. Two ventilators resting on chairs to breathe air.

It's bad.

The structure, immersed in the hill of Lacona, is not new, a structure of 6 ground-floor apartments (2 bilocali and 4 monolocali) with tree-lined fields on the front facing the sea and around. Car park in the vicinity of your apartment. To get to the sea on foot there are 2 alternatives, go through the structure of the Agricamp once you arrive at the end of the street where the residence is located (time tot. 15 min) or use the municipal streets (20-25 min). The streets on foot are partly asphalted and partly sterrated, with alternation of parts to the upstairs/discination (the balcony). The building is located near the hill and the rooftop.

Lacona 2 - A hilltop residence

My colleague and I booked a relaxation and fishing trip on the island. We hadn't read any reviews and no one recommended it so we went a little blind but instead... what a wonderful surprise! the nice structure. the well-distributed and crowded environments. a very welcoming atmosphere thanks especially to Barbara and Claudia who made themselves very available right away with precious advice on the best beaches to visit! together we had a really pleasant stay and finally came away with the feeling of having left the two new friends behind! thank you guys! we will definitely recommend it and definitely recommend it to everyone!

What a nice surprise.

I stayed for 4 days in this residence, specifically at the Elbamar 2 Bilocale Superior. It is a small enclosure on a hill. The sea is reached by a 15-minute walk but I recommend you drive around the island where you will find better beaches since you are in a strategic location. The apartment has new and modern interiors, kitchen equipped with everything, comfortable bed, bathroom with large shower and washing machine, outdoor patio with table, drawer and barbecue in Solo.

Apartments not far from Lacona. Old but well-maintained structure with large outdoor spaces. Nice barbecue area. We stayed in a fairly large three-bedroom with fantastic views of Lacona Bay. Well serviced and clean delivered.

Quiet with sea view

It is a quiet and strategic area for visiting the beaches of the Elbe. Large communal areas, with convenient parking and a well-equipped outdoor barbecue. There is also an outdoor swimming pool but it was in maintenance. The trilocale has air conditioning and dated but functional furniture, bathroom although clean from the feeling that it is not. Noisy networks and broken mattresses would be replaced immediately!!

Good, but not very good.

Stayed at Elbamar 1 for a week I can't discourage it but some notes is right to do it. Monolocale a little dated, refrigerator with a swirled door and ice closet absent (for those like us carrying on the beach a refrigerated bag is essential to be able to freeze the ice cubes), WC with problems to discharge the solid , shower tent and consequent expansion outside the shower plate (in 2019 the tents are no longer even found in shower shower) and general cleanliness improved.

The apartment was not very new, it has a somewhat dated style. The bathroom above all did not give a feeling of cleanliness (tent in the shower, water all outside). I did not like it at all. The service offered is not bad in itself, the area is central, although not in the center. It can be reached in about ten minutes from Portoferraio. And as many from Lacona. The structure is composed of many blocks of apartments, immersed in olive greenery. There is also a swimming pool with a tub of those in the structure, which we did not use because the temperature of the season did not allow it. Comfortable in the whole, but I did not feel comfortable.

Spacious location, but not very high quality of service

I stayed in the Elbamar Lacona 2 (yellow charms) for 4 nights and found myself very well! Excellent central location on the island, with parking and high cleaning both inside and outside the apartment. The cooking corner was equipped with all the necessary dishes and pots in abundance, there were only dryer dishes, people for the pots and sponge to wash dishes (brought from home). The clean and furnished laundry. Stand for the clothes outside, interior and exterior table and even a brazier in a garden shared between the apartments. What more to ask!? With care of the receiver of the shower (justica) and modern bathroom adaptation would win even safer points.

Four days of relaxation at the end of the tour

Everything about a lazy beach vacation is here: umbrellas, water fun equipment, boats and yachts, but much more important to us is delicious ice cream and a bar for cafés and snacks. The water is clean and life is colorful. Enjoy!
