I do not put a star only for some positive aspects: the location a few minutes from Porto azzurro and Capoliveri, the fact that the structure is immersed in green, that there are covered car places, that each apartment has a small patio with an outdoor table and that there is a minimum in equipment such as plates, dishes, pots and pans, stendino. For the rest only negative notes: in the apartments there is a lot of humidity and the air conditioner is lacking; the apartments are very old and the furniture is fat (the gas for example works badly). The worst element is the shower, which has a fixed blow to the water: when you wash it then not only wet the water, but the absence of a bathroom floor at least to the bathroom.

Old and badly maintained, absurd bathroom

It's a nice place to spend your holidays, friendly and available, convenient to get to the best beaches on the island, you can spend your holidays with friends, but also with your family.

Good structure

We've been in this building for a week, the biggest holes in our room were definitely the absence of air conditioning, which instead would be useful a lot, the room, although spacious with only one fan is an oven. The very small bathroom does not have a real shower, it has a sliding curtain.. The worst is the toilet that is exactly under the shower breeze.. watering half the bathroom every time. Strangely there is much more hot water than the fresh one.. which in summer is not quite the maximum... The residence location is excellent 5 minutes from Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

He can stay, without too much pretence.

Nice location with views of the Gulf of Porto Azzurro, friendly and available owners. Dated and poorly maintained structure with rather awkward furnishings, amenities to the minimum indispensable, bathroom without shower box, just above the toilet, the water waters everything flooding the room/bathroom (luckily there is an outdoor shower near the parking lot and one behind the stable), normal double bed and quite comfortable if it wasn't very dancing, so discomfort for two adults who turn around at night, very awkward and noisy refrigerator, the motor repairing every 5/10 minbai, absence of air conditioning so you have to leave the windows open... forget about quiet sleep!

Nothing to relax in.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two consecutive years in an excellent location to visit the island. A quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this year we had a local bi with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with barbecue.

A pearl of Tuscany

The outdoor space and location, a 5-minute drive from both Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, are perfect. The apartment is spacious, with everything necessary. The only drawback is the lack of a shower box and the location of the shower itself. The curtain is not enough to prevent the entire bathroom from getting wet. However, considering the price-quality ratio, it is a problem that can be overcome and we will gladly return for a future stay.

Excellent location, close to the beaches and villages of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro

My wife and I returned after five years and found the same pleasant atmosphere. Relaxation, silence and cool rooms without the need for an air conditioner. The staff are always friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. Despite the limelight these days on the Elbe, this village is an oasis of peace, even though it is a 5-minute drive from all amenities. The only drawback to notice is the shower with floor drain and the vinyl tent which, however, to be objective, is not in the quality of the living room and is largely compensated by a more than reasonable price.

Pleasant return

Two GREAT disappointments: non-existent cleaning and that's included in the price (dated dust everywhere, ants coming in and out of the pots, unwashed pots). And then the bathroom... although small, the open shower between the toilet and the bidet, doesn't work. Watering and laundry are always at hand. Water pressure is often absent and for this reason, shower on the way back from the cold beach:

You can do more than that!

We stayed in this residence for a week and we found ourselves very well. The apartments are simple, but with everything necessary. We really appreciated the courtesy and sympathy of the owners, the quiet place in the middle of nature and above all the very good location, since in 5 minutes by car you are in Porto Azzurro and in 10 minutes in Capoliveri. The only drawback during our stay was that the Wi-Fi didn't work but I hope it is a passenger problem. The residence also has very honest prices compared to most, so from my side super recommended!

Relax and courtesy

I've been in this apartment for a week and I have to say it's nice and well furnished, little flaws the mattresses and the shower for the rest all suited to a beach holiday.
