We booked in this residence at the suggestion of a friend who had already been there. We wanted a non-chaotic structure, and this certainly did for our case. We had the apartment on the ground floor with a porch and garden. The residence pool is very nice and the family management very friendly (they made us check in very early waiting for our arrival) Very spacious apartment and well equipped kitchen! I recommend it also for the area, near delivery houses, near supermarket, fruit shop and butcher shop

A quiet living room

I rarely review the same structure twice but I think it's worth it in this case. We returned to the Residence Lido Azzurro after years of the pandemic and found it wonderful as always. The apartments, pool and garden are always extremely neat and clean. The garden, in particular, is perfect for letting children play in peace and security. The pool, equipped with sun lounge and umbrellas, is a small relaxation jewel in the center of the residence. Our apartment, located on the ground floor, was equipped with a garden and a spacious patio for breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors. From the residence you can walk comfortably and in the beach of Lido Capote, with a few nice and wonderful services, and the family always find it with a convenient convenience and convenience.

Our Home on the Elbe

We stayed in the residence, my husband and our 17-year-old boy on the third week of July and we found ourselves very well, the accommodations are cozy and clean, the kitchen is everything necessary. The garden is well maintained and the saltwater pool is very nice and clean. The check-in is at four o'clock. The residence, set in a fabulous setting, is very carefully maintained by the Giannini family. The apartments are spacious and suited to the needs of families. In the spacious garden, we have a beautiful safe play area; barbecue area, but above all, we have a beautiful swimming pool with different depths for adults and children. The staff are extremely courteous, with a warm welcome given by Mrs. Roberta and Mrs. Michela. The residence is close to the essential services, being less than 5 minutes from Porto Azzurro and the suggestive village of Capoliveri.

Exceptional vacation (5 stars too little)

I am amazed to read such negative reviews. I have stayed in this property with my family several times over the years for our summer holidays and we have always found each other very well. The place is really nice, with so many green spaces always well cared for. The swimming pool is always very nice and clean is never too crowded and you can fully enjoy the deserved relaxation. The location is central near all the necessary services (supermarkets, beaches). The staff is very kind and available for any kind of request. Contrary to what I read they are very polite, simple and available. The apartments are well equipped with everything necessary and clean. We will definitely return!

Wicked Management Advised for Families

I stayed in this residence for a week in July in a single room for 3 people. For the first time on the island of Elba I found a clean and modern place. Wi-Fi that takes good care. Beautiful swimming pool and never crowded. Super-curated green areas. Apartment very well equipped with everything and super quiet compared to the nearby apartments. To get to the beach of Lido di Capoliveri it is about 8 minutes walk but not climbing, so it is very feasible! The staff is super attentive also to the rules for Covid.

It has many positive aspects. Almost all pedestrian with swimming pool so small children can go quietly. Large and clean, modern and air-conditioned houses. Single garden for each apartment. Barbecue, playground with large pine trees, always ventilated. Close to the sea 500m pedestrian walk. Large parking lot, close to amenities and supermarkets.

Family vacation with a 4-year-old girl. Nice place, well maintained, clean and new or at least kept so well that everything looks new. Top swimming pool for those with children, my daughter has had a crazy time and not only her... The mono-local type apartment that actually looked like a bi-local thanks to the nature of its composition, very clean and the kitchen furnished with everything. Each apartment has a private porch where you can relax or eat in complete privacy and tranquility. Great location near the lily lido that can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and then because it's 15 minutes by car from the blue harbor and 10 minutes from the copoli center, as well as the other beaches on the island. The only advice I can give Property is about the site that doesn't make justice, it's a super-local residence, and it really looks like a 3 star hotel with a perfectly perfect holiday home!!
