Hello, I stayed in this place with my family in July and I can tell you that logistically it is optimal it is directly on the beach and a few kilometers from Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. It consists of several small apartments all equipped with a small garden with kitchen and bathroom and a terrace to eat. The staff is really nice, but there are too few there's all Gianni who is a wonderful person at the reception there is Marta who is really very professional then there is only one manager who has to manage all the apartments. Now we come to the fact that there are no furniture weights are old and they lose pieces of trouble to make a drop of a pound of what the army of ants is coming to the shade.... the pallet is really supportive of the hot bullets during the daytime.... you have built this place with the highest air quality but now I hope to be a wonderful place to be with the most beautiful people in the area. But now I have to find a lot of things to do with the house.

It was the '80s.

I came back yesterday after 10 days of pure relaxation I stayed in the 9th apartment, almost 20 meters from the beach. When I arrived I found an apartment neat and clean, simple but functional and perfectly suitable for a holiday at sea in pure relaxation. A single small neo with some ants, but on the other hand it is almost inevitable in a kind of structure like this, on the ground floor and in the middle of nature....just a minimum of attention: remove the crumbs from the floor after meals, do not leave bags with food on the ground and the problem disappears...at the limit you buy some suitable products and via... very personal.

Just relax.

On the seafront, very spacious apartments with a beautiful garden and a porch for eating. It's perfect for families with small children. In front of it is a spacious beach with a beautiful sea. Close to the headlands and the blue harbor.

We 'll definitely be back.

If you don't want to ruin your vacation booked elsewhere, really!!Staying here was a nightmare..as soon as we arrived the house was very dirty, spiders everywhere, strong smell of sewage coming out of the shower and faucets...bad and old furniture...but the worst thing was to find out that from the kitchen floor floor came out pets of all kinds...I rushed to look for another solution the first day but unfortunately seeing the season I didn't find anything else, asked for the refund but nothing from my house but it was always the same.

Residence in a charming location given the closest proximity to the beach. Spacious apartment, dated but quite efficient furnishings, extreme tranquility. The only drawback is the virtually nonexistent wifi and even the phone line that has some connection problems. The sea is really beautiful transparent and clean, the beach equipped and equipped with bars, some restaurants and a mini-market in the immediate vicinity.

Four days at sea in peace.

The staff is very rude and very bubbly, food is nothing. Menu with little choice, pizza is good, and we ordered it and ate it as a drop-off under the beach umbrella. Too bad because the location of the restaurant is on the beach and it's also nice. What's unpleasant: waiters who turn around tables without masks and don't lift it when they bring you the dish.

It's nothing like that.

A rather long wait, since the request for the table, in a restaurant frequented by mostly German families. Pizza not bad, acceptable first dishes. level of cleanliness unenviable and unkind waiters to foreign guests. beds among the staff to entertain in the wait. Unforgettable.

We stayed in an apartment at the back of the residence. Great location, away from the confusion, in the shade so we didn't suffer much heat, the table outside was a lifesaver because being two couples with children we were more comfortable. Only new, the cleaning... when we arrived, wiping, we realized that the floor had not been cleaned properly. The apartment would need a refurbishment, the furniture above all but only to make it more comfortable! I recommend it because the location is great, for the proximity to the sea and above all for the tranquility. In the vicinity services of all kinds. Wifi that worked at different times. The phones took little.

Convenient and practical

I emphasize that the apartments are a bit dated..but let's keep in mind that they are local where they are used by many people, and more in a seaside resort!! However the staff has been very kind, especially Gianni  always available!! The residence has a beach a few meters away with conventional fee facilities and also small areas of free beach! very convenient in the center of Capoliveri and not only!!

Convenient and good location

Despite the location, the houses of the residence are poorly maintained, both in the structure and in the furnishings, and it's a shame because proper maintenance of both the housing units and the garden would make the complex very pleasant.
