Unfortunately, I have noticed (even at my expense) that on the most well-known online booking portal the complimentary adjectives are being scattered, they seem really excessive and start to raise some doubts. I don't see anything else but  ideal accommodation, at the right distance, at the right distance, which has a reasonable price and doesn't turn out to be a disappointment. We're not really there.

It's a relaxing place, a great breakfast, in the middle of the green and with maximum tranquility. Traffic zero. Parking available, rooms with amenities. In the future, if you have to travel from north to south Italy it's worth a stop at this B&B.

Calmness and courtesy

We were here from 10 to 22 August x touring between Abruzzo and Marche, the location is also excellent x the sea, reachable in 15 minutes at most. We occupied both rooms and as a result, we had the whole house at our disposal. Fantastic evenings spent on the terrace eating and chatting, and the awakening with Filippo and Chanel (the two labradors of the top owners) who came up the stairs, to greet us.

We stayed from 10 to 22 August, a beautiful place with even better people. We were welcomed as family by Mr. Serafino and the friendly Mrs. Iride and we remember with immense pleasure the evening chats at the hunt for falling stars. 15 minutes from the sea you are immersed in an oasis of tranquility and scents, clean and cozy rooms, abundant breakfasts. A special cocktail to the two beautiful labrador lapo and Chanel, always a friendly and constant presence, of course the very kind managers ask the customers if they give free trouble and if so close them. We are happy to have met Serafino and Irner, who embody the spirit of the people who should have BEBs.

Relax and courtesy

Beautiful location, large and charming room. Very kind owners who make you feel at home. Filippo and Chanel (the house labrador) are beautiful. Old colonial house perfectly renovated, carefully cared for in every detail, thanks to the owners. Possibility, weather permitting, to have breakfast both in the porch and in the garden. You can't miss it if you happen to be from those parts.

It's a cozy, green, clean, cozy place, the rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, worthy of the owners who take care of everything in detail, available and nice enough to make you feel at home, try to believe!

Holidays

At an honest price we slept one night in 4 people (2 guests and 2 girls) in this beautiful place on the hills near both the sea and Ascoli Piceno (beautiful to visit). very welcoming and available owners ready to chat 2 and advise us on how to move in the area. a beautiful memory! we hope to return soon Roberto and Mariangela Roberto
