I can only judge the restaurant: the location is picturesque, the restaurant is lovingly decorated and the old mill is really something special. The food was fantastically good, I would give 2 stars (I know some star restaurants). Really nice and tastefully mega-good. The service was perfect, always asked if everything is okay, always gifted, always a nice saying on it: we'll definitely come back :-) :-) continue so!!

Wonderful: top food, top service, top wines and a loving, beautiful ambience

Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with stunning views of the Dolomites - really great! The apartment does not leave any wishes open regarding the equipment - it is simple, but everything is there (even a washing machine in a very spacious bathroom). There is even an outdoor seating area so that you can eat outside. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if even in the bedroom there were a fly grille, so that you could relax in front of the mosquitoes.

Nice apartment with great views

The apartment was small but comfortable for 2 adults and two children. We had a lot of storage space in the bedrooms. The best thing is the view from each window. It's absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed sitting outside drinking or having a snack in the evening. It is on the outskirts of the village but it is quite easy to find. The only negative thing is that you can hardly open the window for fresh air because of the flies and insects.

Peaceful and beautiful

A wooden cottage immersed in nature lit only by candles and fireplaces...this is where we found ourselves on our arrival at furschermuehle! there are a few tables (max 6/7) and all on different levels, clearly wooden furnishings. the food is sophisticated, not very varied but of quality. meat and fish cooked with passion and a pinch of innovation. good wines but little choice! we spent a nice evening we will return

It's a jewel!

The whole family gathered for Sunday lunch in this place suspended between an ancient setting and a refined culinary quest... excellent dishes, great kindness and attention even to the little ones... a special praise for sweets, a paradise vanilla ice cream!

A charming lunch

Unfortunately the Siusina restaurant is very scarce. Many pizzeria, many speck and candelas condensed with the landscape and the Sciliar. Little culinary knowledge. He wants to revisit the tradition little. The very restless Inga and Hannes couple, after roaming also in Siusi from Sasseg to the Gulf, found the right size here. The mill was already a fascinating place, but the skillful decoration of the surroundings and Hannes' excellent cuisine have created a very successful chemistry.

Very good very convenient service

On the suggestion of a local friend we dined here with great satisfaction: the environment is absolutely characteristic, with the tables arranged in various floors of the structure, separated between them, with the wood reigning sovereign. Excellent reception, service and very well-groomed dishes. What is strange about the place is that there are several fish dishes. Good the available cellar, from which you can opt for both the bottle and the cup. The place is of level (don't expect a good treatory) with adequate prices at that level. Not every day but definitely to try! Personally I recommend it to couples or small groups of friends, maybe without children considering spaces and stairs. Advice: explain the road, the first time you arrive is not easy.

A restaurant to try!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious and clean and had spectacular views of the mountains. The owners were very welcoming and very friendly, they made us feel at home. There is a swing set and trampoline which were enjoyed quite frequently by my girls and a lovely meadow for them to run in. The apartment is approximately 15 minutes walk outside of the town so having our car made life easier. The area is stunning and we will definitely be visiting again as soon as we can.

They were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, coziness and neatness of the house! Lovely, welcoming hosts, always ready to throw unlucky holidaymakers to the store or elevator (which, however, is not so far away), the amazing view of their windows and fresh air. What else is needed for a great holiday?!
