356 reviewsWe had been visiting Sporthotel Sonne as a family every winter since 2010. After taking a break for five years, December 2024 was our first time back. Bear in mind, we are all good skiers and mostly do just that when we are in the Dolomites. Located right next to a nice black/red slope, and two ski lifts, it’s perfect to get you started on your daily run. Alternatively, the location around the hotel is more than good for inexperienced skiers to train at. After a ski day there’s spa that has more than you could wish: massages, saunas, swimming pools, yoga and Ayurveda sessions. Breakfast buffet and customisable gourmet dinners are 5/5 for me. The hotel was renovated in 2019, including the rooms, which are very modern, spacious and face the iconic mountains. Staff is friendly and mostly English speaking.
