Warm and friendly welcome even though we arrived after the reception had closed. Impeccably clean and the best and most complete breakfast we had in Sicily. The the rooms are big enough and very comfortable. The bed was just right Cannot recommend  enough.

The best and most complete breakfast in Sicily 

The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner, Maria, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of parking at the B&B, and you can easily walk to the port area for restaurants and bars. Breakfast is continental style and plentiful. Selinunte is a lovely seaside town, and there is a town beach which is easily accessible, but for the best beach, which is a little out of town, you probably need a car. You also need a car for the archeological site, which is well worth a visit.
Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire on the beach, and the cost is graded according to which row you are in. We paid 10 euros for slightly further back.

Very friendly and comfortable

Very friendly owners always willing to help, excellent service and breakfast in great variety, the best ever.  Close to places of interest. Very clean and cosy.  Although it was only a stop for the night it seemed to be an unforgetable experience. I by all means recommend this B&B for either leisure of business.

superb accommodation

We booked this B&B for one night for our trip in sicilie to visit Selinute. Very good location (close to the temples), you can even walk the road to the harbour/beach. It's a family owned B&B, Maria is very friendly and gave some usefull information about Selinute. Room is big and clean. Breakfast was silcian but allright. I recommend this B&B

Nice place good location

A very bad experience! The towels were for dishes! There where plastic flowers all over the place!! The room's windows where near the breakfast yard so you had to wake up whenever the others decided to eat breakfast! Whenever someone flash the toilet you could hear it in your room! Ina a big room there was a 14 inches tv!!! There wasn't a refrigerator in the room! Medium breakfast. Eventually this room should cost tops 50€ not 90€ that we paid! One of the most disappointing moments of our trip in Sicily 

A disappointing experience!!!

We were travelling round Sicily working with a road map, a TomTom and some notes I had compiled from travel books. When we arrived at Selinunte and took our customary loop through the action centre of town, we were surprised to see all the business owners sweeping and hosing the street. The cyclone that had hit the area the previous day had washed tons of dirt and stone down the steep hill behind the waterfront and they were still in the process of cleaning up, so we decided to look for accommodation on the high ground. The hotels we checked were a bit out of our budget and so when we came to this B&B, we stopped. It was clean and bright, being a purpose built establishment next to the owners house, which was well set back behind the carpark..
Maria, the owner, who was friendly and helpful told us of a restaurant within walking distance, so we happily took her advice and enjoyed one of if not the best meal of our holiday.
The next morning while having a very nice breakfast in the courtyard we noticed that our rental car had a flat tyre. Just great!! With no ability to speak or read Italian or local knowledge, we were starting to worry when Maria stepped in and made all the necessary phone calls, and within half an hour we were ready to go.
What could have been a disaster of a stop over actually became a memorable night, thanks to the B&B and Maria.
