The gentlemen who welcomed us (2 cousins) are extremely kind and handy! The villa is well maintained while keeping the original historical features aesthetically in a wonderful landscape immersed in peace! The apartment we stayed in was therefore very large for more people. Small living room and kitchen, large bathroom, 1 spacious double bed with a cot and a cushion with another double bed. The furniture was old but the furniture was very dated and not extremely comfortable (perhaps some more soft pillow and a lower sofa would make it more comfortable) but I must say very sterilized and above all very clean. The outdoor location has a huge bathroom and the pool is very clean and equipped. I give the signals that it occupies a very high parking lot with a few minutes before the lake is too high or too high, so pay attention to the parking lot.

Historic villa

This was the worst place we hace ever been. Please dont choose it. The appartment was filthy, old, small, dark. The garden was not a garden, there were not umbrellas near the swimming pool... Spend your money elsewhere. Photos are not true

Not recommended at all

We stayed in this property for only one night because of the passage. Our apartment was small but clean and tidy. The pool is well maintained and the surrounding area very well maintained. We also booked breakfast and it was rich, with lots of choice it is really good. Recommended for those who love tranquility and simplicity.

Simple but well maintained structure

You know when you leave without a goal and you find yourself at home, in terms of treatment, and in paradise in relation to the place. No photograph will ever be able to make the beauty of this very special farmhouse, where peace, landscape beauty, but above all an unparalleled welcome open the door to anyone who passes through this place.

Paradise is real.

The place is in a beautiful position with very beautiful views and sunsets. The rustic building is pleasant with enjoyable and well-groomed outdoor spaces. It would have the potential to become a high-end place but today it is very deprived, although it is suitable for the cost. It is not an agriturismo, they are simply apartments made from a rustic, without any type of restaurant; the breakfast on request includes slices of biscuits, single-packaged marmalades and yogurt from the supermarket.

It has little farmland: no local produce, no restaurant and a rather poor general hygiene level

We were here for a week in early September, we must say that it is not an agriturismo, but holiday accommodation; fair price, wonderful location, gentle managers, nice swimming pool. defects: not apartments but small rooms a little dark, with a cooking corner, few accessories; breakfast here you all made it for yourself just because what they gave you had nothing to do with the agriturismo

It's not what it looks like.

I wanted to give 1⭐️, then I thought about it because of the low cost. Beautiful location, unfortunately there are many things that are not right, already mentioned by other reviewers.

Nice location, but I won't go back.

Viviano, Annalisa and Lamberto are kind, open, humble and honest people. We were really good.

I highly recommend it.

My companion and my puppy stayed for three days but we've made many more amazing locations two kilometers from the lake, set on the shady hills enjoys a wonderful view also the structure is very beautiful and well maintained the managers are very nice and very cordial cleaning great we'll definitely be back.

A Paradise in the Center of Italy

We've just returned from a three-day stay. Nice structure and excellent location...big pool and not too neat. Too bad about the cleanliness of the room (dust, mold, bad smell).
