Although it is very close to the beach and the center, the residence guarantees tranquility and silence. Moreover, the apartment is very clean and equipped with all the amenities, including a private parking lot. The owners are very kind and available.

Perfect for a stay in Fisherman's Castle!

My wife and I spent a weekend in a great central location, very nice service and great apartment, friendly staff and very available, easily accessible and with private parking, we'll be back safely.

Excellent facility with excellent location, apartment complete with everything necessary, very clean environments and extremely friendly and available owners, they also have a comfortable private parking two steps from the facility. I highly recommend it.

It's a great apartment.

When we had already given up on giving up our place of heart, Fisherman's Castle, here we are with Booking finding a room at an incredibly low price, in this residence. I say this because those who know the area know the prices too. We take it right away. Analyzing the offer I had imagined that that price was due to the presence of a sofa bed and not a bed. And, in fact, to say that, apart from this particular (for us not small because my partner is 1.90ml tall) everything else was as described. Everything is functional, clean and ozonized to every customer. Very polite and friendly and courteous and respectful staff owners. As a sign that, unlike other facilities in the area, which use the same parking lot to the beaches, I have to say that I do NOT have to pay the price.

The hotel has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, a well-furnished indoor and outdoor environment, and the centre of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached in just 5 minutes.

A week at sea

A week of vacation and overnight stay at the Teclini residence. Structure with large rooms, air conditioning and large terrace. Functional x families with children. Fantastic location x the sea, quiet and comfortable area in the center. Thanks to Mrs. Marisa, kind and available. We do not exclude a return, it is very good. And live Tuscany!

Excellent location and quiet residence

Personal: very nice position: convenient for walking around Apartment: for charity one is on vacation, it is not a resort... the services are there but some outlets were not working, the phon didn't work, the cleaning was definitely questionable. Some corners I think have never been touched, I would arrange something on the furniture that over time has worn out like the shower.

I mean...

We stayed in the first week of September in an apartment on the ground floor. The location is ideal, it allows us to get to the sea and downtown in two minutes, in fact we forgot the car for the whole period, besides the structure provides a car seat a few minutes away from the road. The only sad note was the interior of the apartment, a little neglected, unfortunately sometimes we felt a little uncomfortable.

Good position

We stayed in 2 different apartments for 3 weeks in August; both solutions are in two bedrooms with a comfortable and livable terrace. The apartment is located 2 steps from the sea and the center, all the amenities are extremely close and above all the car seat allocated (which in Castiglione della Pescaia is a convenience). The apartment was clean, with new furniture both inside and outside and with good equipment in the kitchen.
