It is a somewhat dated structure, it would need some renovation. The accommodation is small but well designed. The cleaning leaves a little to be desired, especially the terrace. A compliment to the receptionist, Mrs Martina. Delightful, always friendly, professional and available.

A bit disappointment!!!!
 because their pictures on their site looked so impressive but we found strange things.
Thre bathroom towel rack falls  there are holders in the bathroom not repaired. The lights were covered with paper lamps from Ikea which were cut in halves.
The structures are from the 80’s. The balcony had these wooden toofs that were causing dirt on my laundry.
The internet did not work for 2 days and I talked to the receptionists, no apologies
She oniy said “ anothet client just informed me.
The balcony was full of moss on the ledges!

What a disappointment!!!

Excellent facility located just a few steps from the sea, very clean, from the apartment, the pool and the common areas. very courteous and available Mrs. Martina, the pool is small but very clean, there is also a children's play area highly recommended.

I'll never go back again!!! Sunday 23 August 2020 we arrive at the top-flight location at the Rex residence and the Scoglietto at 17.00 hours. After doing the Ceck in We are given the key to the room inside which we find a huge amount of dust and dog hair From previous holidays And even in a coconut tray Positioned on the patio walls made of haired off cigarettes and other undefined material.

What a shame!

I stayed in this resort in June 2019. It's just a corner of paradise immersed in the pine grass that runs along the sea. The apartments are nice and functional and of different sizes according to your needs.

Little paradise

I don't know where to start!!!! This residence, plunged into the pine tree two steps from the sea, could really be the flagship flower of the area, but unfortunately it is not.... We stayed 14 g in two different apartments (7g to 14 and 7g to 29) since at the time of booking through agency there was no other availability. First week app.14.

To be improved!!!!

I stayed from June 30 to July 14 in apartment 25 and on the first Thursday I had the pleasant visit to the terrace at 6pm by a big black rat maybe who accompanied us for 2 days especially at night leaving presents like feces near our suitcases.

Loving surprises

It's a small apartment, but we were two and we were there, a comfortable car, a nice garden, no WiFi or almost, a sea near the airline, but you have to cross a busy road, a crib and drawer 70 euros a day or with the conventional bathroom a mile away 210 a week, the possibility of shopping only in the car, at least a quiet place without radio or various shadows and two terraces x to have lunch outdoors.

PRO QUESTIONS: Landscape and pineapple very nice. Residence very clean and green spaces very clean and well maintained. Common spaces very clean and green. Maximum tranquility... possible and necessary improvements!

We were on vacation for a week in this residence booked through the agency and we didn't like it at all. When I arrived the apartment was not clean and there were not 2 bedrooms but a double bedroom and a sofa bed. Very small apartment and I think very expensive for what it is..with the same figure we went on vacation in Spain for 10 days. It is in a quiet but still uncomfortable place to reach the free beaches unless you want to spend another 200 euros for the private beach. We will definitely not return.
