The apartment is very modern, comfortable and it owns everything you need (kitchen cleaning and bathroom facilities), breakfast is included and all the guests have a free bike for the time of their stay. There is a supermarket at the ground floor with parking station. You can reach the town center by walking in a dozen of minutes.

Comprehensive accommodation

This was our 2nd holiday in this apartment block and it was another brilliant holiday. The apartments have everything you need, are spacious and immaculately cleaned. The owner, Chiara, is onsite and her attention to detail is outstanding. The location is excellent with beach, shops and restaurants easily accessible. The apartments are above a supermarket which is incredibly discreet but very handy. We enjoyed the free bike loans.
Castiglione is outstanding!

2nd holiday here...

Only 1.5 hours by car from Pisa airport and you arrive here, to a beautiful modern apartment complex with the best hostess ever Chiara.

Supermarket just below us, town centre a 15 minute walk / 5 min car drive beautiful beaches and 20 mins from Punta Ale the 5star resort.

Secluded beaches -family beaches and for the teenagers beach night club absorb yourself into real Italy everyone welcoming ...

The best kept secret

Our fourth year but last year we went to Sardinia, just for a change. This summer we wanted to relax totally so we chose again "La Terrazza". We couldn't have done a better choice. The place is alwasy a bit better than the year before and Chiara is the perfect host. This year the professional coffee machine standing in the middle of the terrace like a futuristic sculputre among the lemon tree and the various other plants is the piece of news. Apartments always superclean and with full airconditioning when needed. 
If you are in that area... don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a fully serviced apartment.

After 1 year which we skipped we were back... better than ever

We booked an apartment here for a 2 week holiday stay. The apartments are intended for self catering but we never intended to cook during our stay. We got a lovely warm welcome from Chiara and her colleague, Rosa on our arrival and they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The apartments are obviously quite new and very well finished. Kitchen had a new cooker, fridge, washing machine and all the dishes, cutlery etc that would be needed by a family of 4. We had 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each with a shower. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom were accessed by a spiral staircase.
The apartments were above a supermarket with a car park under the supermarket. Each apartment had an allocated garage in the car park with an electronically activated door. On the terraces around the apartments were large plant trays planted with a variety of herbs which could be used by families who did cook in their apartment. Each Tuesday evening Chiara and Rosa hosted a welcome drink with an amazing selection of food with sandwiches, pizza slices, sea food selection, crisps and olives etc as well as red and white wine, Prosecco, soft drinks. We really enjoyed these evenings and had the chance to meet and exchange ideas for day trips with some of the other guests.
The apartments are situated a short walk from the centre of the town which had a rich selection of restaurants, pizzerias, bars and shops.

A great choice in Tuscany

We stayed for a couple of nights in late September. Very warm welcome, clean tidy and well appointed new accommodation. ( 4 years old ). Close to the towns centre and we used the bikes supplied all the time. Did not move the car after arrival. Well worth staying.
