This is the second time we've stayed here (We were here also last year in august 2016). This is a very wonderful place to stay if you're planning to visit the Garda lake region. This B&B, run by the very lovely and helpful Elena, is hidden on the countryside of Cavriana.

We've stayed here with our baby and 3 year old toddler and they had the time of their life in the pool and the large garden. The pool is very suitable for young kids. It had a small whirlpool on top where my toddler loved to play. Also the pool itself has an undeep section young kids can stand and play.

We've stayed in the big apartment in the manor house on the ground floor facing the garden. It's a very well equiped apartment with a fridge, freezer and a cooking area. Elena provided baby bed and a bed for our toddler, free of charge.
The apartment itself gets cleaned every day, so it's always very neat, fresh and clean. Towels are also provided in the bathroom.

The place is located on a 20 minute drive from the busy Garda lake region like Peschiera and Desenzano. A big shopping mall, Il Leone, is also nearby to do some groceries in the major supermercado. In the nearby village Solferino you have some good restaurants. 
This place is a true gem in the Garda lake region. We definitely come back to Elena!

Lovely and quite place near Garda lake region

Stayed here for one week. 

Location - Plenty of quiet countryside to walk/cycle. Lake Garda is about a 15/20 minute drive with picturesque towns such as Sirmione and Lazise - a drive around the lake is also a nice way to spend a day. Venice is about a 90 minute drive but makes a great day trip. Verona is also fairly close. 

Facilities  - very clean apartment, well equipped (with Stovetop Espresso Maker!!), nice pool/Jacuzzi and bicycles available.

Nice range of food for breakfast.

Fantastic location

We had never found a place where all reviews were Excellent. Now that we have been here we know they are well deserved.

Location is perfect as it allows you to easily visit Mantova, Verona and the Garda Lake. Surroundings are also full of opportunities ranging from some incredible small towns to cycling paths that take you everywhere around in the area.

The apartments are lovely and include a fully equipped kitchen. They open up onto a small patio that allows you to eat outside or just to relax there in the evening after a long day. 
They are clean and bed is really comfortable. 

There's a nice lawn that stretches out from the apartments and ends into a natural pond. The view from the patio is lovely.

There is also a nice pool but it was not the right time of the year to use it.

Breakfast is served in the main building on a long wooden table and can easily compete with that of a four star hotel. 

Owner is a very nice lady willing to give you a lot of tips on what best to do in the area. You can feel that she cares about the place and her guests. 

We are already thinking of going back.

Great vacation!!

Had a super week's stay here in this lovely, clean self catering apartment.  Our deal included breakfast which was super.  Elena was very hospitable and cleaned our apartment and the swimming pool every day. We were able to use their bicycles for free to visit many of the surrounding places.  I would definitely recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast place!
