For the school camp this year we visited this place. The pictures you post on their website do not correspond to reality. + good location  near the sea + shops are only 15 minutes away by bike or8 minutes by car + self catering possibility + possibility to visit a restaurant + houses well insulated + air conditioning + breakfast has good choices - sports venues only for payment - rooms are unspoiled  we had ants in bed and hair in the pillows - no community room for dinner with the whole classroom - over-connected - nothing against mosquitoes in front - WiFi only available on a device - no WiFi in the room - no table, no table, no tents, no dirt and no paths - bedding - no toiletries - no toiletries - no toiletries - no toiletries - no toiletries - no toiletries - just a few floats

School camp, poor quality, unreasonable price

Leave a little bit to wish, apartment full of dust, a TV that my cell phone can tell is bigger, we found only one toilet paper roll and we had to stay for three days three people told me if you finish the shopping we leave a courtesy roll, pool looks like a supermarket opens at 10 and closes at 12 then reopens at 2 and closes at 5 but don't be ashamed to say that you offer to use the pool?

Nothing like that

We stayed from August 20th for 2 weeks in one of the villas. We arrived at 4 pm just for check-in, friendly reception staff and available for all inquiries. Documents returned the next day. The common spaces were well-ordered and clean with containers for differentiated collection. We didn't want to be affected by the negative reviews, but entering the apartment...confirmed reviews regarding cleaning! Dirty apartment, from the kitchen floor to the bathroom. Dust residue equivalent to poor hygiene. Coprimater full of sand and stained.

It's a shame, it's a nice place, but cleaning is another thing!

My girlfriend and I, together with a couple of our friends, had been staying at the Residence Tourist Village (the Residence) for a week, from 20 to 27 August 2022. We had been having problems since the day we arrived when, after checking in and having been given the room keys (we would have had the identity document of all four of us until the day of check-out: we should not have to pay photocopies in the Marina de Cecina, from 20 to 27 August 2022. Our experience has been that defining the rooms as horrible would be extremely reductive. We have encountered problems since the day of our arrival when, after checking in and having provided us with the room keys (we would have had the identity document of all four of us until the day of check-out: we should not have to pay photocopies in the same day) we have only been able to find out that the rooms were very polluted, but especially with the two bathrooms in the same condition, so we could have been able to get back to the reception room.

Never again

The village is well managed and very clean and ordered, the swimming pool is fantastic. Summer 2022 is super hot!

Unfortunately we happened to be in this dreadful village this morning. We start with the rude reception assessment 2. Villetta to say nothing disturbing. Antique furniture and dismantled dirt everywhere. Arriving at 13.30 the already closed restaurant we lean to the bar for two incompetent and disorganized personal sandwiches. We call to get our cleaning done again and fortunately they came back in a short time. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell of impregnated urine and they claim it's because of the little rain and the full sewers. Even the toilet laundry seems to have thin and worn out. We've been up and down for a thousand years. Unfortunately we've already had and we have to experience that our agency has provided us with the sadly needed help. We've also got a very large amount of water and wastewater in the pool. We've got to think of a spectacular amount of it. We've got a very poorly built structure in Tuscany.

Disappointing

I booked for 14 days through Booking and I got a confirmation for an accommodation with lots of photos and a phone call with Marco, but at check-in instead, they gave me a different accommodation.

Apartment other than photographs

Hello, we stayed with you from 02 06 2022 to 05 06 2022 booking cash on 22 May, an apartment for two adults a 3-year-old girl and a small canine. We paid immediately for the two days booking with tantosvago (we added and soldered one more day on site). Once we arrived at the facility after soldering the extra night all the documents were given we were asked for €200 bail in cash (no one had warned us of all this) we were left without cash and the first thing we did was to go to our facility to check out a bag of cash. We were assigned a bag of cash and we were immediately told that there was a lack of cleanliness of the house and of all the dishes that were being paid for on the spot (either the handbags and the external passwords that were being paid for) we saw that after a lot of things were being paid for in the day and we had not seen the email and this was not completely changed in the bathroom - but we didn't have a lot of time to do so - we didn't have a lot of time to check out, but we didn't have a very good

I'm sorry, but no

We stayed 6 days in the residence, a clean, single room, with all the amenities, friendly staff and available. The village itself is great for families with children, there are various amenities, always clean pool, friendly and non-invasive entertainment. We opted for the full pension, being our only 6 days of vacation in a year and having never enjoyed such a treatment. The indoor restaurant is run differently from the village. Regarding the full pension however, it was a disaster: we have a limited choice of what we could eat (sweet 2 seconds and 2 seconds and fruit or sweet), we also understand the rigid details (which would be our only 6 days of vacation in a year and I would not have really enjoyed such a treatment... but the convenient restaurant has always had a lot of ingredients in the pasture, so we asked for the rest of the holidays, so they were made in a couple of days, and then we were asked to go to the hotel, so we did not have to pay for a meal, but we did not have to pay for a single meal, so we did not have to eat a single meal, and then

Clean and well-maintained village. The inside restaurant (full boarding) is shameful!

We found this village on Booking x Easter, cheap price... 2 adults and 2 children, apartment not very big and I would say not very clean... the shower in the bathroom with a curtain that if you don't put it in it well, it supplies the bathroom.
