I stayed in this residence from the 2nd of july till the 30th, for 4 weeks.
After a couple of days in our apartment, one night at 3.45 am, my wife and  my son woke up because they felt something hitching on their legs,my wife turned the light on and checked the bed linen and she realized that the bed was full of bedbugs,  that night we didn't sleep and in the morning we had a terrible headache.
At 8.30 a.m we went to the reception and we asked to be moved to another apartment, it was wednsday and mrs Sabrina replied that she didn't have any flat available till saturday  she said she could sanitize the flat ,change the bed and the mattress but I refused. 
The bedbugs had their nest in the shelf above the bed,so all that mrs Sabrina meant to do, was useless.
At the end she asked us to move from 408 as soon as possibile, she was expecting some customers to arrive that same afternoon, so she swapped the flats and gave us the flat 101 it wasn't an upgrade, a very noisy flat, people coming and going all day long because it was  close to the reception ,I could hear at every hour of the day people speaking loud, luggage placed behind my door,sometimes I had to ask people to move to let me out of my apartment. 
Well at the end I paid for all the money due for the 4 weeks stay,I didn't  get any discount for all the troubles my family and I went through that day,we didn't go to the beach that morning because we had to move our stuff to the other flat.
Dear mrs Sabrina, money is not everything,I think that it is very important that customers are happy and come back to your residence in the future, well you have lost the chance with my family,I will never come back in such a place.

Bedbugs

The residence is a perfect place for a pleasant, quiet vacation in this side of the Riviera Ligure. The structure is nice (some rooms are recently renovated); our own was lovely and had a nice view of the sea. The rooms are well furbished and all the comforts are available. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice stay!

If you are settled here you'll get everything you need for quality holidays and opportunitiy to circumnavigate  the entire Ligurian coast car.I  would recommend that you drive the old roud (Via Aurelia) and that you return highway.So you can visit Genoa,Nica,Sanremo, in this way you will see many lovely little town  and feel the true spirit of Liguria.You can also enjoy the beatiful sandy beach in Ceriale.We had a great time!

I am extremely happy to have visited Ceriale and especially to have stayed in this residence. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Daniela and Sabrina! A big thanks also to Franco and Chiara at the bar who are great people.
The service is great , I had no trouble with wifi and the rooms are clean and tidy. A place I will definitely return to !

Great residence !!

All (we dealt mostly with Sabrina and Daniela) representatives at Residence Sabrina were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and spotlessly clean. The beach is just across the road. An excellent choice for a family vacation.

Very friendly and helpful

After a long day of driving we stopped after seeing their sign. The room was large, clean and had a fridge and kitchen etc. We didn't notice when we checked the room out that the bed was infact a sofa bed, Mmmm. It is located right beside a nice enough beach although our room looked onto another apartment block that seemed to house local families. The staff spoke very good english and were very helpful. Wifi cost us an additional €5 on top of the €70 for the room.
