After several times, given the first positive experience, believing that things had improved, we retaken the approach, which was very, very scarce only in terms of reception and bar service, very disorganized and unsuitable for the public.

I liked the hotel very much, we were fine, the owner was a very welcoming and generous person, but I would like to mention the hotel bar, run by incompetent people, we went down for breakfast, the bartender didn't even give us the good morning, I asked my mother for a breakfast pasta with stuffed apples, she replied that she didn't know what it was, she told me to pick it at random. It seemed like we were giving him boredom, a real sin. To change the bar manager, the owner repeatedly cordial person.

Work trip

We are an association group in Milan composed of people with disabilities and volunteers who have been traveling in Italy and around the world for over 30 years. For the bridge of the dead we booked at the Tegolo a two-night stay for 14 people, specifying the presence of 3 people in the carriage. At the time of booking accessibility had been guaranteed, when in fact the structure did not present the minimum requirements to allow an adequate stay since the bedrooms were totally inaccessible, We made it actually only realistic upon our arrival and, now, it was cordially acceptable to hijack on other reception facilities in the vicinity that, even if we were intercepted, declined our reservation at the last minute. We had to stay permanently in order not to give up the group and return to Milan.

The hotel is quite modest, but with prices in line with the offer (46 euros per night for a single). The staff, although rather informal, has always been available and friendly. Parking and restaurant presence, which otherwise I recommend. The only negative note (but depends on the points of view) is the bar, which is always part of the structure.

Modest and in the midst of the country

Great reception service (extreme availability given our hours) and breakfast in the adjacent bar. Great if, as in our case, you have to stay for the Vinci Unicorn party. Very low price.

In the average

Medium hotel, great accommodation, parking is in front of the hotel, the bar at the entrance is very friendly, the rooms are on the ground floor, comfortable bed, the rooms are not large, bathroom with shower and bidet.

Travel to Tuscany

Great breakfast served at the outdoor tables, cappuccino with cleverly dosed soy milk and a fantastic gluten-free cornet. the cornet is available both empty and stuffed. kind and available staff, very attentive to the children. to take advantage of every day!

We spent an evening with friends and we found ourselves in this very colorful place that would like to look alternative, with a recycled furnishing where you eat good snacks even too plentiful, discrete pizzas served by efficient and fast staff.

We were desperate for a room as the beautiful, romantic place we had stayed the night before triggered my allergies to mold. It was a relief to find this lovely, quiet place, with a nice balcony, at the edge of a picturesque village with all the services one needs.  The wifi was good compared to other places we've stayed: we didn't get dropped once.  The rooms are simple and fairly plain.  We had to borrow a lamp from another room to be able to work at the desk.  But for anyone with mold sensitivity, this place is a real find!  Prices off season are very reasonable and about half what you pay for a similar room in Florence.

Simple but clean, decent wifi, quiet and picturesque place to sleep

On the way home, we accidentally discovered a Saturday evening. We entered a restaurant and asked for a table. Apparently well pre-booked (which we didn't know!) but many covered tables were empty. We were offered a middle seat at a long desk. We asked if we could still have a convenient table. Unfortunately we didn't. We understood and wanted to take the table just now. An Italian guest (later accompanied by a female) came and sat down in front of us unsolicited.
