Booked directly with the very kind Administrator, 75m2 apartment with huge terrace all on the ground floor and next to the fantastic swimming pool. Fully renovated apartment with air conditioning + TV led + everything needed in the newest/never used kitchen, large open space for kitchen + living room + living room, all including the double room with windows directly on the balcony/terrace. My two puppies were enthusiastic about these holidays and we too.

It's a really relaxing place.

New and comfortable structure, nice swimming pool the manager Marco always attentive and ready to solve any problem excellent cleanliness 100 meters from the sea availability of indoor parking recommended

Good structure

We were looking for a place to take our kids in July and so we decided to make a weekend, to look for something in person. We stopped at this residence to ask for information and immediately we were greeted by a very kind person, Marco, who showed us the apartments.

A week and a half of sleep in anticipation of the holidays

We stayed here for a long weekend and were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful location, functionally furnished accommodation, sea close. Great quality price ratio. We'll definitely be back.

A Fairy Tale

I stayed in this residence for one night only with friends. We found ourselves well together in the complex, the apartment is clean, new, very close to the sea and 2.5 km from the center. It also offers free swimming pool service and indoor car parking.

Stay is okay!

Three decu we won't have the chance to stay there we're warned practically two months after we've booked and paid a part of the stay that we won't be able to stay there worry with the landlord and nothing has been offered to us in the equivalent of the shot go find something at the end of may for four people or everything is already booked to have to see it in italy

We had a pleasant stay at Residence Moorea. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He waited for us late in the night for check-in. We stayed here only one night. The main building has large rooms and balconies

Large clean apartments

The apartments are nice and clean.
Cleaning of the apartments happens regularly.

The problem starts when it comes to location and hotel strategy.

The residence is located directly on the main street which causes a lot of noise.
The biggest issue is the strategy of the hotel management. While they wanna cash in 250 Euros per night and want to have families spending their summer holidays in this residence, they offer the neighboured Moorea Club to groups of young party people. Normally no problem here, but when the season finishes, they close the Club and simply move such groups into the main building, where many families stay.
Wonderful......I really love to get out several times during the night and remind drunk jokers of their behaviour as nobody from the residence controls it.
On top of that comes the ignorance of the service personnel the next day......." Really? But come on, young people have as well a right to have a nice vacation....."
The request to speak to somebody from management was never responded to....
All in all, nice building/appartments, but the rest does not justify the money.


If they only knew what service means

We stayed 2 nights in July 2015, we actually shortened our stay because we didn't like the location. 
Pros: The apartment is modern, well equipped and clean. The staff is friendly. Pool is nice.
Cons: The location, it is far from the city center (too far to walk and hard to find parking downtown) and right across from a large camping and a weird abandoned 70s hotel/resort. 5 minute walk to the beach, the path is between the abandoned place and the camping. The beach is very wide but the water doesn't look clean. Lastly, they require that you pay your stay upfront.
In summary, the place seems to be more tailored to young people coming to party rather than families coming to enjoy the beach.
